The place seems to be legit and the qualifying process was easy and no hassle... the thing that made me think twice about them was the customer service. Patrick was nice but everyone else seem to have an attitude. I like to ask questions and have as much info disclosed as possible. Seemed like they were extremely irritated with answering my questions or explaining things to me. Maybe it was just me but I thought that was part of it. I work in HR and I truly believe in order to have a good business, you must have great customer service

Horrible I got a car from there realized a day later had a serious problem the guy in the service department does not try to help takes his sweet time so I have go without a car until how ever long its fixed and still make a 500 some dollar payment and he tries saying theres nothing wrong with it

The cars are decent and some are real nice, but theyre on the pricey side. And youre only shown a certain number you may qualify to buy. Their online shtick is good, but the (Danville) customer service is meager. In the end, theyll help some, but its the same process as everywhere: theyre salespeople. You may get a better deal elsewhere.
