Brought the car in to fix damage from a deer collision. Part of the steering had to be replaced since airbag deployed and new hood and bumper put on. When the car was returned to me, the steering was out of alignment and the fit of the hood and bumper were not very good. The car needed to be brought back for the job to be done right. While time will tell if the overall quality of work was good, not getting fit and alignment the first time around is unacceptable. Seems like pretty basic issues to get right the first time. I had to go drop off the car and then return the next day to get it. Waste of MY time. Manager seem very satisfied with herself that they got it fixed eventually and I had a loaner. Totally missed the point - they didnt get it right the first time and then I had to take hours out of my day to give them a second crack at it. Eventually, we will get it right - low bar in my opinion.

Great service, great quality, great people! I brought my Mazda in to have the passenger side repainted as a results of some damage. The staff was incredibly polite and they repaired my car in the time frame they promised with excellent quality. I used to restore cars so I have an eye for detail, and I cannot tell where they repainted the car. It looks exactly like new. I am a lifelong customer.

I found some rust under my 2002 VW Beetle on the rocker panel and this body shop was selected by my dealership to do the work. I was assigned a contact there named Krystal and she shepherded my Beetle through the whole process providing me updates at each major step. VW took a while to approve the repairs but once they were approved the job was completed reasonably quick and the quality of the work was wonderful.

Very bad service!!!! We brought our Jeep in for repair 2 months ago, and the work has not even been started. Our insurance company has recommended we take the car to another shop because this is the most difficult shop they have worked with. We drove our car in and it only needed minor repair. Now, the owner states the car isnt drivable. First he claimed the frame was bent, then a week later stated the frame is cracked. So now he wants to charge us more money than the original estimate, for us to pick up the car and bring it to another shop to have it repaired. STAY AWAY, VERY DISHONEST!!!!
