Service by Mary at CVS at 32575 Golden Lantern, Dana Point, CA 92629 was so disrespectful. When I walked up to ask a question she would not pause her conversation with her fellow employee. Then at checkout she barked at me for positioning the checkout separators Im a way that she didnt like. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but service at this CVS is consistently terrible compared to any other CVS I have used. What gives?
FREE FLU shots are NOT free. They trick you into their store. Don’t fall for false advertising.
Worst pharmacy I have ever gone to. Had to call 5 times over 2 days before anyone answered the phone so I could transfer a prescription Finally get someone, was told it would be ready at 11:30. Went at 11:30 - hadnt even started it. Told to come back later. I will be looking for another pharmacy - not a CVS. This place is terrible. Should be zero stars
This cvs is one of the worst cvs’s I have been too. My daughter got discriminated by a manager, (he had a light brown ponytail and a beard and was overweight.) I will not tolerate such disrespect. He called her racial slurs and accused her of stealing because of her race. DO NOT GO TO THIS CVS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HATE CRIMED.
If I could give the pharmacy staff a lower rating I would. Poor attitudes, immature, and rude consistently. Multiple times the staff has talked about customers while working, after they walk away poorly.
Worst pharmacy ever... when you called you have to wait 30 mins. When they pick up their not even helpful and they will put you on hold again and again..😡😠🤬
Very unprofessional staff. The manager Nicole is very understanding but unfortunately some of the staff (such as Brandon, one of the pharmacist) make your life very difficult! He is so unprofessional and he does act nor speak like a professional pharmacist.
Horrible customer service, dropped off prescription told to come back in 40 minutes came back 1 1/2 hour later still not ready! Told me to take a seat pharmacist had to go to lunch! Rude customer service. Do not go here they could care less about customers!
Slowest service on Earth at the pharmacy. I waited half an hour today for a prescription. And theyre not very polite. The good thing about it is that its close to my house but thats about it..
One of the worst pharmacy departments in the chain, they never answer the phone so it takes multiple calls to get through. Then they often dont have the prescription ready at promised time when taken over the phone! I have spoken to the pharmacist before but nothing changes. I wish I was closer to Monarch CVS...
Seems to have most of COVID items like masks and hand cleaner, but they do not enforce the MASK RULE in their store, so I will NOT enter and none of my family will either. They are participating in the super spreader philosophy.
Always clean and helpful. However, was only able to get water that I needed this time.
Horrible customer service at this pharmacy! Incompetent at listening smh. Listen to what the customer needs before transferring the call! All i needed to know is if they had a prescription in stock!??? 20 minutes on hold and transfers just to get a quick answer.....unbelievable
Should’ve became a karen and asked for the manager 😟
I have had good and bad experiences here. Today we came to pick up medication for our foreign exchange student. He has student travel insurance through Aetna. Worker Ashley Taylor didn’t recognize his card and just WALKED AWAY without a word right IN THE MIDDLE of trying to learn our options to get his medicine. He was even willing to pay the cash price. We thought she was going for help but she just started serving another person. It was incredibly rude. The pharmacist eventually saw us standing there confused and helped us. While checking out Ashley continued to be cold and rude. What a horrible way to treat a visitor to our country.
I transferred to this pharmacy because my last CVS was horrible. Twice now this pharmacy has been totally incompetent in doing their job. On Thursday of last week my Dr called a prescription into them. They contact me that they cant fill my prescription so I drive to the store. We talk and they were trying to refill a one time prescription. I pointed that the refill part had zero so why were they trying to refill it. No word on my call in. Today 4 days later without medication, I call my pharmacy again. She tells me that they couldnt fill it so they sent to the other store. Now I was in there asking about my prescription and no one said anything. The store didnt call me to tell me where to pick up my prescription. They didnt say a word. Of course the other CVS didnt call me either. Anytime I needed to get something done right here Ive had to insist that they do their job. They will blow you off in a heart beat.
This Pharmacy is Fantastic, If there is a line I never have to wait long to be helped. The Pharmacist Fontayne is Superb and one Amazing women. She really knows here stuff and she is always helpful and knowledgeable and easy to have a conversation with. If you ever need help with anything or want to get useful information about your prescription then this is the place to go.
Decent pharmacy. They are always willing to call the doctor if you run out of refills. Now there is a habit burger so you can go have a delicious lunch while you wait for your prescription.
The pharmacist Gina was very helpful, she needs a raise. She went above and beyond for my wife and I. I highly recommend seeing her if shes available.
I have been visiting this pharmacy for the past ten years or so and i have had nothing but good experiences there the staff is very helpful and always willing to try their hardest to get your meds to you as soon as possible. they are all very professional and nice to all their customers.
I stopped going to this location. The pharmacy is sketchy. I am constantly told that they are out of my medication, they have given me partial fills of prescriptions and later had no paper work to show what the remaining count was supposed to be. I called and asked that a prescription be ready so i could pick it up at 8:am when they opened. they told me this would be no problem. when i arrived the next morning nobody had any clue what i was talking about and it took them 20 minutes to get the prescription filled. They advertise contact less payment but dont accept android or apple pay. Use the pharmacy here as a last resort.
Great customer service! They always greet you when you walk in and they always have what I need in stock.
The pharmacy here is horrible at following up with prescriptions. You would think with healthcare and medication they’d be more cautious, even if just to cover themselves.
This pharmacy is the worst. It has been 4 days without a very important and serious medication. They are having a hard time getting it... Are they for real? With hundreds of CVS in OC, they couldnt think of finding out if another store had them? It took my husband going there, and 3 phone calls for them to even think of calling another store. Let alone having them deliver this to my home. I am now going to sign up for mail delivery pharmacies through my insurance. It is way less expensive, gets there in time, and no lines or excuses. Customers dont be fooled by monopoly pharmacies, they do not have your best interests at heart. Ps. If youre wondering, I still havent received a call or been given an alternative solution
They are great. Fontayne and Gina are terrific pharmacists.
Unfortunately, this my nearest and most convenient pharmacy. However, the pharmacy is horribly disorganized. I have received text telling me prescription is ready, but when I arrive, it isn’t. They often cannot locate already filled prescriptions. Is alphabetizing really that hard? Most unnerving, I regularly buy a specific Ambien generic. I have told them many times (20+) about my preferred manufacturer but they consistently get it wrong. I have tried everything to rectify. This inevitably wastes 20-30 minutes of my time, or worse if I don’t notice until I get home. GO SOMEWHETE ELSE WHETE THEY ARE COMPETENT TO FILL PRESCRIPTIONS CORRECTLY!
Very dissapointed. The staff at the pharmacy need to know about the cvs app to pick up medicines. It makes things faster an less complicated.
Every time I call this place they get all short with me. I have to be unnecessarily assertive to get any information out of them. Even then the answer I get has to be taken with a few grains of salt because its more than likely false. Get it together.
Pharmacists and techs are friendly, helpful and always competent.
Gotta love Fontayne!
Its CVS.
