I worked at this Rite Aid for a little less than a year. I was a front end cashier and helped out in the pharmacy as I had experience. They dynamics of this Rite Aid is great. Everyone seemed to get along. They offer a variety of products. The downside of working here was that they had an upstairs in the back and that’s where the overstock was kept. It gets very hot and having to bring things down can get dangerous. The pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable and great to work with. When I was there they had only 1 technician. Steven who was great at his work and had little to absolutely no errors. He is very fast and I’m still amazed at his skills.

It’s no wonder why the stock price is around a dollar a share and the company is about to go out of business. Historically I love Rite Aid and I only live about a mile away from this one. I went into the store today to purchase ice cream at the thrifty counter. We have always gone to the Rita’s ice cream store just down the way in the same center. I did not even know that the Rite Aid here sold thrifty ice cream and I was excited find out and to take my kids there. I have four of them We we wanted to order one scoop of ice cream on a sugar cone for just two of us and the others got cake cones and ice cream in a cup. The employee, Khan explained that they were out of sugar cones and therefore we had no other choice. They had waffle cones but he would not give us one and explain that if we got a waffle cone we would have to get a three scoop ice cream and pay for it. I explained to him that I just wanted a sugar cone with one scoop and he basically replied with too bad we don’t have anymore more sugar cones. I asked if I can have a waffle cone in place of my sugar with just one scoop of ice cream since he didn’t have any sugar cones like the sign advertised. He said no. I asked if I could speak with the manager and he said that he “kind of“ was the manager and that was it. I bought ice cream for my kids because I didn’t want them to suffer. I did not get one myself. I will never spend another dime in this store ever again and I will tell anyone that ever asks the same. Khan had an opportunity To do the “Rite” thing but he did the wrong thing. The thing that bothers me the most is that my kids love getting thrifty ice cream and Wrong Aid will probably be out of business because of this type of service. Thank you Khan. The thing that bothers me the most is that my kids love getting thrifty ice cream. I drove out of my way to and ended up buying frozen yogurt for myself. Never again WrongAid. It’s too bad.... horrible!!

I came to this Rite Aid to pick up some prescriptions for my grandmother and I brought my service canine into the store to accompany me. The pharmacist was very professional, polite, and helpful. However, as I was grabbing a few groceries, I was rudely shouted at and told that I cannot bring pets in the store. I informed the man that she was a service animal and offered to show my credentials. He smirked, and said, Sure she is. Then he walked to the front and got the cashier to yell across the store at me. That was enough for me. I put back what I was going to buy and walked over to Ralphs and purchased what I needed there. Those employees blew it. I havent shopped at Rite Aid since.

Sometimes rude employees, but the store expansion has made it a lot better to buy a number of things and is not totally cramped anymore.

No one ever knows how to use the register. I timed it. It took 14 minutes and 21 seconds to check me out with 4 items and the lady in front of me with a toy bucket. This location needs serious retraining or possibly new staff that isn’t 80 years old to oversee the operation. No other location has this issue
