The folks that work there are cool. I get my protein bars there 10/10 will get swoll someday

This isnt the cleanest CVS Ive been to, the floor is always in bit of a disarray and the layout is kinda confusing. But I come here to fill my prescriptions, so to avoid the store I re-fill on line and use the drive through pharmacy. Although when I do visit the store, the staff is especially friendly and accommodating, particularly the pharmacy staff. They always have a great attitude and expert patience. Parking lot is a little jammed due to poor design, so I usually park on the street near the bank to a quick exit.

Due to my insurance company I’ve had to endure the worst pharmacy that I have ever been to. My prescriptions are never ready on time even after calling them in and talking to a pharmacist it’s always at least a 15-20 minute wait. Customer service is definitely lacking here and I’d like to mention that on a couple of occasions I had different medication mixed into my pill bottles that were not mine. The fact there a drive-thru pharmacy is great but unfortunately there’s nothing great about this pharmacy and staff.

The service was compassionate, professional and timely. The vaccines administered were painless. I would trust them to vaccinate my grandchildren.

My daughter had a 12:30pm Covid test and we waited almost 2 hours in our car! We tested before at a different location so I know that there is a better and efficient way to do test people. They NEED HELP!! Choose a different location!!!

Pharmacy is slow and doesn’t open on time. The only saving grace is that there is a drive thru..if you are going to wait, might as well be in the comfort of your own car.

Always fast and friendly

This CVS, #9752, has the most courteous and helpful employees. The clerks smile and answer questions, take you to the products and explain the ingredients.My wallet was found by the manager, Theresa, who would not take a gratuity for her service. I was very grateful when she just smiled and handed it to me. She is one in a million! Thanks again Theresa.

An excellent addition to serve the residents of Serramonte district. It has a wide variety of over the counter medicines and cosmetics. Nice staff, too.

This CVS pharmacy blows every other place in the area out of the water. Dominic (sorry if I spelled that wrong) has repeatedly gone above and beyond to help both myself and my wife any time we need anything. The pharmacists on staff are upbeat and dont give any impression of impatience when we need something filled on the spot. Walgreens can go suck an egg!

I been going to this Location all the time For my pharmacy and moneygram and photos, But lately the manager saying thus machine out of service and its a lie when I spoke to the manager she told me theyre not making enough money from photos and other machine. Im ready to switch to Walgreens

I just bought a broken lighter here. I am with my receipt and gonna return the it. The woman said it cant be returned cause I opened the package and its liquid thingy. ( if I dont open it, how can I know its doesnt work) I dont care what your policy is. The thing is I just bought a totally not-working thing and aint be able to return! Thats so awful. I wont come here anymore. No wonder how low the grade is, how bad the comments are.

Poor service. I requested online refill 7 days ago and their website clearly stated that the refill will be available by Tuesday (2 business days after submission). The website also clearly states that they will follow-up with my doctor if renewal is necessary. I just went there after 7 days (5 business days) and they told me that my prescription is not ready. Why did their website say that it would be ready by Tuesday when they could not commit to it? If my doctors office did not respond in a couple of days, why did they not follow-up? I am leaving out of country tomorrow and now I will have to go without my med for a few days because of their incompetence and lack of responsibility towards their customer.My wife has had a very similar experience with them. Very poor.

NO PUBLIC RESTROOM! I had upset stomach and stopped to get meds. sick to my stomach and really needed to use the restroom. when I went to check out, I asked the cashier (asst mngr) where the restroom is. He said there is no restroom for customers. I left the merchandise on the counter and told him, if I cant use your restroom, then you cant have my business!

Horrible service! Hours are terrible - (not like any CVS Ive known). A rat literally ran across the front of me when I walked in, they answer the phone before they help people at the register in the pharmacy and they always have to involve my Dr because they are incompetent to deal with insurance. I am so happy there is a drive through so I dont have to go in anymore. The ONLY reason I go there at all now is to pick up a prescription. After the rat incident - I just dont go in. The place actually looks filthy too.

IF YOURE NOT FILIPINO YOU DONT STAND A CHANCE!!! and even worse if you bring coupons..I was pulled out of the line to pay for 4 items with store and manufacturer coupons after i let go 2 ppl in front of me including another custoner who was also paying for 4 items with coupons, couse i didnt want to hold the line then in front of everyone she told me i had to move to another register where i waited for about 5 minutes for a backup cashier. To make me feel better she said that if she didnt have a line she would help me but since i had coupons i had to wait, mind you that the person that i let go in front of me also had coupons and the same 4 items. The other thing is stock!! If youre going there for a coke and some peanuts youre ok but forget about those deals in the ad!!! They probably wont have the item in stock. I hate that I always end up going to that location just because they are the only cvs with a parkin lot!!!

They are always out of stock on a lot of things. The pharmacy makes mistakes that will cost you money and possibly your health. Avoid at all costs.

Worst CVS pharmacy in the area. Poor customer service, long lines, long wait times (at least an hour to fill a standard Rx), and half the people who work there dont speak clearly so you can understand what theyre saying.

Came here with my wife, she needed to pick up a snack before we hit the road for arizona, and the shelves were empty and in disarray, and i kid you not they must have rats here, their popcorn had a hole nibbled through it. not the service i would expect for my family .

I’m expecting they would prepare and accept my insurance but they are too lazy to do their job, they making a lot of excuses. Bad customer service 😡
