Best Sephora Ive been to so far. Its small but the staff are welcoming and helpful. I walked in there clueless and came out with the best prodcucts, exactly what I was looking for. Jojo helped me out the entire time and I actually had a lot of fun during the 20 minutes with him. Thank you.

This Sephora is always clean, well stocked and the people who work here are so kind and helpful.Ari in particular is an absolute gem. She helped me find some new skin care products to help with my sensitive skin, helped me find the perfect bb cream to replace my old favorite that was discontinued, and gave me so many helpful and desperately needed suggestions. She’s helped me in the past as well and is always incredibly warm and welcoming and it’s very evident that she has so much knowledge to share about skincare and makeup.

I went to this Sephora exactly at the end of April. They told me that she get a foundation so I did. Which was the wrong color and it wasn’t my fault it was their fault.And I was always busy so today I decided to go back and exchange my foundation for another foundation. I go there and they told me that they can’t do the exchange for me due to because it past 30 days. What type of job doesn’t understand that there’s a pandemic and it’s not my fault that they gave me the wrong color foundation? Also there’s a thing called life and job people work in order for them to pay what they have in their store. I have never felt so disrespected until now. I am not going back there and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do it too.

Gift and the rest of the staff are amazing. So thankful for great customer service and real people.

Great service and a lot of perfume brand for ppl to choose!(There is also a Sephora in Stonestown but they don’t have as much brand as this store).Still open during COVID-19 and free hand sanitizer for customers!)

Going into a new Sephora is like going to Disneyland for me this one is really nice and quite sleek-looking inside with lots of knowledgeable and great looking boys and girls working there I appreciated the Ada parking out in front although the general layout of Serramonte kind of sucks nothing about Sephora sex if you are a makeup lover

Wonderful experience. Villie was fabulous; super helpful, knowledgeable & incredibly sweet. Another person whose name I sadly did not catch, a young man, was also super helpful & knowledgeable, and offered lots of options according to my needs. Love this Sephora!

This is my favorite Sephora its small, very clean and the staff is always a delight. Today I was helped by the patience and sweet Darlene. I explained to her that I wanted my skin to look like a glazed donut and she responded with the very appropriate Yes Girl!. She kept me in my price range and offered honest feedback. She didnt make me feel rushed or shame me for my lack of make up knowledge. I walked out with a ton of product that I will give me the glow Im looking for. Thanks Darlene!!!

Manager and guard followed me with my jumbo drink in my hand and the phone in another. Exceptionally unprofessional. I made my easy respectful purchase up Serramonte mall

5 stars for customer service, one less we had to wait in the cold, line too long

I love Sephora but at this specific location I received no help. I entered the store at noon on a weekday, I was one of maybe 3 customers. I wandered around looking for a specific product that I couldn’t find. None of the employees approached me to offer help which is usually what they do at other stores. So I left; I’ll buy the product online instead.

Excited to stock up today and was pretty happy with my experience. I had to ask twice to be helped but didnt knock a star because the two people who assisted me with matching foundation were super thorough. Also nice to go to a less crazy Sephora than the one near Market Street in SF.

Went in with friend and was impressed with the clean layout and wide selections. The prices were impressive as well. My friend says you get what you pay for.
