The store is clean, bright and the setup is neatly organized. The employees are really helpful and welcoming/inviting. Theres an easy access to White Barn from inside the store.

Very friendly staff and its so much to see and smell. I purchased scents for my house and my car. This place is entoxicating to all your eyes and nose. So much to see you almost forget what smells you came for. They have gotten much better with the candle promos good job. I like how you can get multi items for 1 price and still feel like a winner. Stop by the store you will definitely want to grab something that smells good and makes you smile. Dont forget to write down any previous scents you like. Trust me you might want new smells that bring winter indoors but in a good way. Go see what they have everybody can use a pick me up these days. O.k. I only buy certain things. The rest of it they can keep. Some of the fragranes dont stay. Overly priced and overly rated.

Great customer service

Workers are incredibly friendly and let me shop around without constantly pushing product on me. They are always available for questions and recommendations, but are also savvy enough to know when to leave the customer to shop around on their own. This is one of my favorite stores to go into, and I can always count on them to be well-stocked. There have been times where I go into other B&BW stores for candles and theyre sold out (but the scents are still available online).

This place is inside the mall. Pretty slow when I came in. Salespeople are helpful. The place is inviting and bright. Not much sale when I visited. They usually have several sale throughout the year. You want to wait for that.

You cant go wrong with Bath and Body Works. I love that there is always a sale whenever I go. The staff is always so friendly and helpful.
