I went in for a specific item and they helped me out so much. The three ladies were very informative and friendly. Will always come back.

The sales people there were very helpful. During this pandemic ... I felt safe shopping at this location. Also with the SALONs limitations and closures (I didn’t feel safe) ... I had to do something with my hair. Not everything worked well but Sallys really helped with a lot of input and online they have lots of videos on how to... very helpful I am now going natural but a lot of work and the RIGHT products must be used to pull it off.Thanks Sally Beauty Supply

I gave 4 Stars rather than 2 stars Bcuz Fiona is an Amazing Employee- willing to go beyond, Knowledgeable, Professional, Personable, Kindhearted & Friendly! Find a way to pay her more & Protect her or someone else will see her & lure her away! I saw the way she handled customers (even the confrontational ones) & how she Navigates the store- she is High Quality Upper Management worthy; but ofcourse U know this already- right!?.🤔 Anyhow, my family & I have been in Ur stores &, well the managment isnt much to write about (Daly City, some east bay locations, etc), but FIONA- Wow, she is the Real Deal. I dont usually leave a response but felt compelled to do so! It U lose her, Ull lose a Light & those responsible should be Reprimanded!!! All the Best!

Great customers service. The lady that help me to find my hair product was very nice and polite. She made my day and walked out the store with a big smile on my face. Way to go ladies.

Excellent customer service and beautiful products at a great price. Prefer than any upscale salon. The girl at the counter was very knowledgeable and had beautiful long spiral hair and was not stuck up at all. She treated everyone with respect and dignity. I am preferring sallys over sephora.
