Nice and clean. The workers had their masks on. They seemed knowledgeable about the materials but kept trying to steer me towards material in much bigger and expensive than the steering wheel size coverage I needed.So I ended up just walking around and looking myself.

Website is not helpful with hours and store phone number is no longer a working number. All it says is to go to social media page. I will no longer be shopping at leather masters. I rather pay for leather products to be shipped from NYC than to stay local due to the poor communication that this store seems to have all the time. This is about the third occurrence with this store. As you can see the owners response that they have known of the issue with google maps since of June 2020 and yet have done anything about it.

This location no longer exists.... We discovered this only after fighting 30 minutes of traffic to get here. Thanks for the update Google!

First visit. The store has a wide variety of leather for all shapes, sizes, and body types. They do custom work as well. LGBT friendly. Very knowledgeable and friendly.We ordered a custom leather skirt while we were there. We paid up front and were promised wed have it in 2 weeks. Now the reasons we havent received it have started. I hope this turns out well.The skirt arrived and looks fabulous! More communication during the process would have been better. However, as an end result, extremely happy and would definitely deal with them again.

Really sad to learn that you are closing your store. Placed an order online over the weekend and your website is great! The store has a great variety of goods for the leather folk... their clerks are very friendly and most can stear you to the items you may believe they may not carry- such as chain mail items. !! Love to visit the store!!

My wife and I are supporters of the local BDSM and leather community. Being supporters we believe in supporting local businesses. We have been there several times and even though they are very expensive compared to the prices you can get online we still frequented the place. Today was the last day that I will ever set foot in the store. I drove 45 minutes to buy a chain outfit for my wife that start at around $500 plus whatever misc stuff I came across. I told the guy I drove from North Plano and could I use his restroom. He said they do not have a public restroom, I told him I am a customer and I am here spend at least $500, I an arrogant attitude he says it says on the door no public restroom and for me to go across the street to the café. He said people use the restroom and steal stuff. I am well dressed and make more in a week than that lil twerp does in a year, I did not look like a homeless person there to steal a penis pump. The part that made me so mad was his attitude, I knew it was time to leave because he made my Irish blood boil, I knew the next thing out of my mouth would have been rude, and if he responded he would have been picking himself up off the ground. I was amazed at how rude he was about it, His tone was absolutely rude and not welcoming customer service. They should appreciate a customer who will drive 45 minutes to buy from them when I could comfortably order online from my couch. If the owner reads this here is an FYI, your employee is not making loyal customers for you.
