Was craving some Thai tea and was very impressed when I stopped by this place! Usually not a big fan of adding boba but decided to try it out and they did not disappoint. The spot is kinda hidden, but they offer some of the best tasting drinks that I’ve tried in the DFW so far. Will be coming back soon.

I can never get a normal amount of spicy. First two pictures are spicy not extraaa spicy just spicy and its literally drenched in the powder, the last pic is medium spicy and theres bearly any powder????, I never complain but I literally cannot eat the drenched one. Also I didnt really order spicy in pic, I order medium spicy and left a note that I like it spicy so they did this.??

A friend and I visited this place hoping that the boba tea would be good. We were unfortunately very much disappointed. The tea was overly syrupy and sweet, making it unbearable to drink more than a sip. The boba was undercooked and hard in the middle, causing my friend to have an extremely upset stomach. I dont wish to visit this place again.

They’ve done a great job of adapting their services to pandemic practices without a decline in quality. No dine in! To order, you can call, order online, through apps, and go inside restaurant and order at counter. Clean environment with great service. I got the popcorn chicken, which was a tasty snack! I got spice level 3 (1-3), and it wasn’t spicy! So just a heads up. The strawberry green tea with 50% sugar was perfect. I’ll be back!

VERY good selections of food, I love the ambiance and comfortable feeling being here. The set up of the restaurant and the plates food is phenomenal! 👌🏼 I would definitely recommend anyone here. The Poke is amazing, also the Tom Yum Soup. They serve ice cream, teas, and other herbal drinks as well. All in all, its a very pleasant place to come having lots of room to sit and dine or wait. I was excited to find jian bing house crepe in dallas. It had been so long since I had one. Even though I was expecting crunchy covering, I didnt even mind. It was so delicious. So I have been a loyal customer to this place for more than 3 years, coming every month if not twice a month, and buying takeouts since the pandemic. But today I’m super disappointed. I called in advance to see if it’s okay to dine in because I brought my daughter and son who got super wet in the rain and their shoes are worn out too. The boy over the phone said they have tables there, and no restroom and if that’s okay with us they are fine. So I went there, ordered the food, and held both kids, 4 & 1 are the ages all the way without shoes and put them on a couch. As the two set tables are occupied, I took one table from the pile at the corner by myself, and sat there. Nobody stopped me, not even when someone served the drinks, and I didn’t have a single clue that it’s not cool with them. And we waited for more than half an hour. When food is ready, all of a sudden they started to accuse us of “forcing our way to dine in” and “breaking the rules”. Guys, I wouldn’t even drive here if I wasn’t told it’s ok to dine in. And I wasn’t told by anyone that setting the table by myself is not okay. I did leave, running three times back and forth to get the kids and food out of the place. I just want to say if you don’t allow something, please let everyone know instead of letting it happen and then accuse afterwards. I have no single intention in breaking your rules given the fact that many other restaurants are offering dine in options now. It’s insulting and disrespectful being accused of something I didn’t intend to do in front of the public. I feel hurt even if I am walking in for the first time, nonetheless being a loyal customer for years. I was sharing with my family that this is my favorite restaurant and we shared the same printing designer over their menus and my business cards. I don’t think I deserve this and I need a proper apology.

Went in for Ice Cream to be greeted to an empty restaurant confined to a 5 x 5 front entrance to a décor that rivals the TV show Dexter with plastic sheeting everywhere.I was told by the 13 year old kid at the register that Oh,,,, we dont do Ice Cream anymore. Ice cream is literally on the front signage of the restaurant as well as heavily advertised on their google site. The menu is reduced to a few dishes and Boba tea. They are going to have to open up all the way or they arent going to make it another month at this rate. What a shame, this place used to be so cute. Now its destined for failure.

The spice was not too much but just enough in my opinion. I also tried bites of my familys food. The takoyaki is good considering were in the United States, but not the best Ive ever had. The savory crepes were flavorful and delicious. My family members also tried Tom Yum soup and enjoyed it. My mother says that the Lychee Sakura drink is like happiness in a cup. I understand restaurants have had to change their working model, but not allowing customers to walk in the front door to place the order (even if it is to go and socially distanced) seems like an obstacle. Orders must be made on line or over phone.Selection was limited - out of brown rice during lunch time ?? The poke bowl i was finally able to order was DULL.Now I know. Other options in the immediate area. No need to stop here.

Dont go for Poke! First, it isnt Poke. Please see my pic. The fish is little bits, almost mashed, not marinated cubes of fish the way Poke should be. First place I have ever been to where it was served this way. It isnt good. (Try Below 40 up off Preston - soooo much better). Also, the topping options are not nearly as good as other places and the sauce is not well thought out. Under flavors there were sauces and I asked for Wasabi + Ginger. What I got was a pinch of wasabi paste and some pickled ginger. No sauce. So my bowl would be dry. I had to ask for something else. Very poorly thought out and handled. Will absolutely never return for Poke.My friend had the crispy chicken bento. He thought it was good. I also thought that chicken was horrible - not Thai tasting in any way. He also had an egg waffle cone with rolled ice cream and thought it was good. I thought it was a waste of $9. You can judge on that.

The food is good and the tea taste great as well. However, my main gripe is the the cost of the items. Youre overpaying for what you get.Their new item, the savory Chinese crepe, taste authentic, but it is $10. Want meat with it? Thats another $2.75. I know for a fact that it only costs about $1.50 at most to make the crepe. You can expect to spend $0.50 cents in China or Hong Kong. You can make it at home for even less. There are other restaurants in Richardson that sell it for $5. A crepe for $12.75 is frankly, a rip-off. If you want to go once to try it for the experience then thats fine. But I wouldnt buy their crepe again. The cost does not justify it.

I just visited this place tonight, and I will never visit them again. They charge $0.50 extra if you use a card. Although that is allowed in Texas as of 2018, this place charging extra for using a card is wrong for multiple reasons. 1) You can only charge maximum of 4% or the actual credit card fees the business incurs, whichever is lesser. My drink cost $4.95 so a $0.50 fee is much higher than the 4% allowed. 2) The business must post signage up stating the fee at the counter AND specifically provide the fee on the receipt. The receipt I was given by the cashier does not have the fee listed. 3) So many boba tea shops in Dallas, and they do not charge extra for card. Even if they charged the correct fee of $4.95 * 4% = $0.20 (their fee is probably less than this but just using the maximum 4% for example), is it really worth the loss of customers to other shops? The first two reasons are enough for me to dispute this with my credit card company and submit this business to the Texas AGs office and Visa corporation for a violation. I seriously hate businesses who implement cheap tactics like this.
