Update: I came back on a Tuesday evening when it was slower and had the time to talk through the menu with the staff and try a few flavors. It was a cooler day so the ice cream did not melt as fast. I am so glad I came back and will return next time I come the Victory Park.First time coming and I think its a cute little shop. Love that they rotate flavors frequently and the prices are affordable. The service and decor definitely 5 stars but I had a couple of slip ups. I wanted a cloud shake but the menu says it comes with the sea salt soft serve, and I personally didnt like the taste--maybe you can get different flavors but it was not posted on the signage. I settled on a cone with birthday soft serve with toppings and I loved it. I appreciate that there arent any artificial additives in the cotton candy--again this was not posted, I read it on a review--and it would be good to know that it does melt extremely quickly. I was on a date and my shirt was covered in sticky sugar before we got to the corner. Keep this in mind because it is Texas and humid/hot outside so this isnt a walk and eat treat, which is not at fault to the shop but to the weather. I will come back when it is less busy so I feel like I can talk through the menu with the workers and try a new flavor. For one cone and two toppings spent about $7.

This place was pretty good! Due to the Pirate Night Promo, they had limited options. However, the sea salt & snickers latte swirl was the bomb dot com! That is definitely a must try if you ever swing by. It has that subtle sweet & salty mix that is also refreshing on a hot summer day :)

Ice cream was great tasting and unique flavors. Even more unique flavors if your looking for a pint to grab to go. Staff was really cool and was really patient while we struggled to decide on our order. Place was busy, of course it was a 100° out so that may have played a role too, we dont frequent downtown dallas much, but its now on our list when we come back.

What a fun place in Victory park. Right next to Mesaros! Simple but delicious menu. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Fair warning.... every flavor is delicious BUT the oolong milk tea flavor...YIKES! Its like they cleaned out the garbage disposal and put it in icecream. But really, you cant go wrong. Dont miss it.

Great idea! Unicorn cotton candy with unique flavors of soft serve from pandan vanilla to sea salt and winter melon. The staff is friendly with good service. If you’re in Victory Plaza check it out before or after the game!

Servers are unfriendly, not many ice cream flavors and toppings, whatever they have does not even taste good and is not even frozen well. Disgrace in the name of ice cream. Will literally melt within 10sec. Would not recommend at all.

The person who served us was extremely unfriendly almost as if he didn’t want us around. Did not want to help us in anyway. When asked what flavor he recommends, he said “up to you” and then when we asked him what the best selling flavor was he still replied “that’s up to you”. When we finally got our ice creams they literally started melting in 30 seconds. I took the picture immediately after getting the ice cream and it already looks like its ready to melt on my hands. Never coming back here again.

Eh not a fan. This place is downtown which makes parking hard to find. The flavor variety was nice but thats about it. The ice cream melts super quickly so hopefully youre into that. The cotton candy wasnt fully done and they do a heavy pour on the sugar so it was overly sticky

Visiting from Kansas and was looking for a night time dessert spot. This looked fun and it was. They greeted us and offered free samples. They were all tasty. I ordered a Tigers Blood/Sea Salt with sprinkles and fairy floss. My husband ordered the Sea Salt with a toasted marshmallow. It was good but very very melty and it was even cool that night! I cant imagine trying to keep it together in the Texas heat. It was fun for the novelty but I had fairy floss drips everywhere. Looks like the locals just grab the ice cream in pints and half pints and go. Probably a better idea in the long run.

There were unique flavors for soft serve. The portion is pretty small and not like pictured for $5 bucks. It tasted okay.The main reason we went was to try the fairy cotton candy around the cone, but unfortunately the machine was broken.

The unique flavors are interesting but not amazing, everything about this place is purely for social media. The ice cream melts in less then 2 minutes and I seriously wish I was exaggerating. The cotton candy is extremely sticky and starts to drip the minute it comes in contact with either the ice cream or your mouth. In short if you want a pretty photo for Instagram come here, but if you want a clean good ice cream experience look elsewhere.

Stopped by after the Stars watch party and wasnt disappointed! I got the sea salt ice cream in a cone with fairy floss and a toasted marshmallow. It was super messy but delicious! Love that they give you wipes because of how messy it is. I also purchased a couple pints to go and they are absolutely amazing! Staff was super nice and the store is clean, bright and airy. Will definitely return when Im in the area!

I attended a soft opening last week and have nothing but praise for Aqua S! The staff is beyond accommodating and friendly. Not to mention, the flavors and ice-cream possibilities are truly e n d l e s s!Can’t wait to go back!

From matcha and lavender, to pandan and even durian…Aqua S is a dessert adventure.The guy who helped us was knowledgeable about the flavors and told us his faves. He was so convincing, that my fiancé can’t stop thinking about their sea salt ice cream & wants to go back asap!

This is a really dope Ice cream shop. The decor and ambiance is vibrant and clean. Great spot for cool photos! The ice cream flavors vary every 2 weeks. Check the website for flavors. The pandan was slammin. The sea salt is a hit or miss depending what you like. Definitely sample their flavors! The consistency of the ice cream was really soft and melts quick. They do offer wet wipes if it gets alittle messy. Definitely check this spot!

I am not trying to knock anyones business but I do want to be honest. Very overpriced soft serve. It was really just ok and thats reaching. The kids that work there are very nice and gave samples but the soft serve is just blah. I like the little decor and its nice to just sit but I wouldnt go back

Very cute place! Customer service is A++! I walked in with my 5 and 6 year old and immediately asked for the bathroom. The man behind the counter wasn’t even irritated that I may be someone just walking down the street with 2 kids needing a bathroom. He didn’t know we would actually patron the establishment. When we went to order he offered the kiddos samples and really tried to see what they would like. The flavors were very unique and my kids loved seeing cotton candy being made. The employee saw me struggling on the patio (small kids and messy ice cream🤣)and came out to offer a cup to my son for his cone and wet wipes to help me clean them. Overall, this is the type of place I would visit often to try rotated flavors❤️

Such a fun soft serve spot! It’s in the new Victory Park district which we decided to check out on a Thursday night - easy parking and lots of restaurant choices! We tried their chocolate soft serve with toasted marshmallow and also their Oreo shake. We really enjoyed both and you could tel they use very high-end ingredients! The chocolate cone for the soft serve was really tasty too! I am a marshmallow fiend so was super pumped to get a toasted one on ice cream! Would definitely make another visit when in the area

All the flavors are so good the best ice cream place ever!

I ordered two of the small things of ice cream to go and I asked him if there’s a way that he could do the Cannes candy he just stuck it in a bag instead of having a plastic container or anything like that he never thought of anything like that so he just stuck it in a plastic container so I don’t know if it’s gonna make him going home.

The shop was so bright and clean ( &cute of course). Young gentlemen, Cam I believe, was so nice and informative over the phone. He was patient and went out of his way to help us out. My kids were so happy picking up 6 different flavors for today! The rosemary lemon drink was a hit as well.

We went in on a Thursday afternoon and the young lady behind the counter was very helpful offering samples and explaining the flavors. The blood orange was yummy and took some to go, earl grey milk tea was amazing.

If new to the area, or maybe you just dont get out often...well this place is a must try. Please be prepared for a explosion of flavor. All sweet tooths welcomed here.

Literally some of the best ice cream I have had in a long time. Aside from the amazing sea salt, elderflower, and rose lychee flavors, they also GIVE YOU A WIPE TO WIPE YOUR FINGERS AFTER YOU EAT YOUR ICE CREAM. Also the staff was also amazing and super friendly, will definitely be back.

Went to Aqua S for the first time with my wife and kids last weekend. I would says hand down the best ice cream shop in DFW area, the customer service is 10/10. Help my little boy who’s really shy in public feel comfortable and enjoy his time there. I would bring my family back.

Ive held off on reviews until I tried all the flavors and tested their customer service repeatedly to make sure it was consistent and I gotta say, BRAVO.Their ice cream is consistent and light and so far my favorite the matcha and the creams brûlée have been my favorite. Their service so far has been on point which I know is hard during these tough times so thats a win.Id highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get themselves or loved ones a treat that isnt overly sweet or heavy. Definitely try to call them ahead of time as it seems like theyve been getting a lot of orders lately but theyve been on the ball everytime Ive ordered.
