I was in a bind and needed an emergency repair on my garage door. I called Metro Garage Door Repair and they were able to fit me in the next day! They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, gave me two estimates of what might be the cost depending on whether or not the repair would require new parts (which it did), they fixed it with no problems! One of our garage door panels broke on Sunday night. We called at 7:00pm and received a call back that night with an appointment set for Monday morning at 10:00am. Very professional, very honest, great price, quality work, and even went above and beyond what was expected. Initially had a panel replaced (first of all most places I called would not just replace the panel and wanted to charge me for a whole new door), while working on the door he notices some wiring was off and remote was damaged, he replaced the remote and fixed the wiring issue for free, he did not have to take the time to do that. Finally he not only answered my questions but again took the time to give me all my options and the pros and cons. I will be working with them moving forward on all my garage door needs.

I found Metro Garage via Goggle. The owner, Eddie Binder offered to come to my house on a Sunday (I mentioned the door was in need of immediate repair or replacement). He looked over my garage, showed me examples of replacement doors and explained to me the best value choice for my home.I also got a quote from Home Depot and another well known garage door company. The other companies were substantially more expensive and said since my door was a custom order it’d be two to three weeks.Metro Garage had my Amazing, Quiet, Beautiful door on and wiped clean within 24 hrs. The technician Chris was professional, polite, clean and an expert with 15 years experience.I think I have a pretty attractive home but there’s a great chance if I have visitors in the near future ... On a Sunday night, the springs broke on our garage door and we could not open the door to get our cars out. We needed to leave the next morning at 7:45 to drive to east Texas to go to a funeral. We looked on the internet and found Metro Garage Door Repair and saw that it had a 5 star rating so we called and spoke with Eddie who said he would come at 7am the next morning to fix our door. He came at 7:00 and finished before 7:45 and we were on our way. He is one of the nicest service repairman I have ever encountered! Metro Garage should have a 6 star rating!
