My first time using precision garage doors and I must say that I am a satisfied customer. My technician Tryton was very professional, super courteous and very knowledgeable about his work. Taking the time to explain to me in laymans terms everything that was going on once he diagnosed the problem. Educating me on how the different parts work on the doors etc. He got the repair done in under an hour and all of this while he had a busted knee. I truly do appreciate his dedication and time.

These guys stand by their work ethic and promise to get your garage door fixed. I really like the fact that I was informed about what needed to get fixed and estimating what everything would cost before proceeding. I also liked the fact that they gave me next steps about what also needed to get fixed in the future. That you guys at Precision Garage Doors! Great service (even on a Sunday) - called around 11 am on Sunday and Ray was out to service my gate opener at 2:00. They quoted it would be between 2:00-4:00 and he arrived at 2:05. Very professional, and did a quality job. Very friendly. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future.

Tryton was extremely knowledgeable and loved his passion for what he does! Great service from beginning to end with the company. One tech was 1.5 hours away who then called Tryton to get out to me sooner. Loved the behind the scenes teamwork to take care of their customer.

I had a gate opener installed by this company (Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Dallas) in December 2020. Unfortunately the original installation was not done well, and I had to call technicians out repeatedly, only to have the same problem happen over and over again. But this time I got the A Team! Michelle Campos and Jesse (Sorry I did not get Jesses last name)!!! Jesse and Michelle worked tirelessly in Texas summer heat for nearly 5 hours until my gate was fixed CORRECTLY this time. Not only did they do a thorough job mechanically, Michelle even touched up my gate with black spray paint so it would look nice as well! After this final repair, I do not think I will ever have to call them out again for the problem I was having, but I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Drey got sent out and this guy knows his stuff. Very knowledgeable man and was very easy to talk to. Communication I think is key to building a relationship with the customer and he did just that. I recommend drey to anyone.

They sent Joe allen out to the house and he fixed my issue extremely fast. He really knows what he’s doing. I live way out in weatherford and it didn’t bother him at all to do the drive. I’m very happy with him and precision doors, will never use anyone else if I need assistance with my garage door again. Would have given 10 stars if I could.

I had Precision Garage door repair a broken coil in April. They were on time and did a really good job. I also paid for the door to be serviced. Less than 2 months later, the spring broke and they wont honor the warranty. I tried calling for four day and emailed after I was told by a technician that they wouldnt honor the warranty. No one returned my call or email.

The lady said that it wasn’t going to charge. He charged me 200.00 dollars for spray on there. I would have done that my self. I will never deal with them again.
