Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. I see others have had a similar experience. I have left messages without receiving a return call. Text messages without receiving a reply. I had a scheduled appointment. Never showed and didnt communicate. I am moving on to another company.

Still waiting for my trim to be installed. My garage doors were installed back in March 2021. Installer will not respond to my text and never showed after telling me he would come by. After installing my garage doors he told me that trim was on back order due to pandemic and that he would jot my name down once they came back in stock. The trim is back in stock and he has not installed it. BUT he did cash my $2k+ check. Just want the job completed 100% since I paid you 100%. Thanks.

I would have given them a 5, but...I am a little surprised by the follow-up services. WGGD replaced my garage door last year with insulated panels, and we love it! The temperature in the garage was pretty nominal during the summer (rejecting heat from the outside) and warm in the winter (retaining the heat on the inside). The work was done well and it really improved the look of the house. Thats definitely worth 5-Stars. However, now that we are ready to change our opener, Ive emailed and called multiple times, but no one has returned my emails/calls.

They repaired my door this spring. It broke again at the same spot on 7/29/2020. I called to ask if they guaranteed their work. The guy that answered offered no help at all and told me to text him my address. I did that with no response. I called yesterday reaching their voice mail. From what I gathered from the recording they have changed the name to Mr Garage. I left a message explaining that I cannot open my door at all and had to cancel appointments for today because of it. After several calls and messages still nothing.Both times I used them under the previous name it was timely and the repairman were very helpful. Now under this new name they wont answer their phone or return a message. I doubt they will be in business long under any name if this is the way they are going to treat repeat customers.

These are great guys. They came out the very next day !!!They fixed my door better than it was before it broke.No worries with these Guys !! Great A+ A+ A+

I am very very pleased with Jayme and Devon of Wet Ga Garage doors. I called at 10 AM because one of my garage door torsion springs busted.They came out same day at about 2:30 PM and put the two springs in. Yes, you need to do both springs. The springs were about 14 years old.Anyway, the total job parts and labor was cheaper than other prices I saw online. Jayme gave me a 15 min courtesy call when he was on his way. Job price included cleaning the tracks which were dirty, and lubing what need to be lubed. I am very pleased with the workmanship. Door works perfectly and is also faster than what it was before the spring broke. A+++
