Woodstock furniture did a great job delivering our bedroom suite. They noticed a minor defect on the corner of my dresser and immediately let their supervisor know. I got a call within minutes of them leaving to set up a time for a technician to fix the issue. Lamar at the Dallas, GA location helped with ordering and he also followed up the day it was delivered to make sure everything was good. Great customer service!

Woodstock Outlet in Hiram went above and beyond to help me with a bedroom set recently. I was unable to visit the store in person, so I found what I wanted online. The salesperson communicated with me via text many times in order to accommodate my needs. I wanted the store to hold the set at their location until it was time for me to take it to our condo…which was 3-4 weeks away. They did that, without any hesitation. Since the beginning of this year, my 83 year old mother has purchased 2 recliners at Woodstock furniture outlet in Hiram. Lamar Copeland, her salesman, has been a tremendous help as she has sat in EVERY chair multiple times and on multiple visits. Lamar is consistently kind, patient and informative. He has even taken Mamas calls after she left the store and happened to think of more questions. Aisha, cashier, was also very helpful to explain the purchase and delivery process. I placed an order for a recliner online without checking the availability - woops. The company called me the very next morning to notify me that the item would not be in stock for a couple months. They offered to wait, refund, or change the order.I went to the store in person, explained my situation, and tested out the recliners in the store. When I settled on a different one that I really liked, the manager quickly checked the stock, swapped the item, issued a refund for the price difference, and I was on my way.The delivery came on time and they carried my chair upstairs for a quick setup.Everyone in each step of this process was super informative, friendly, accommodating, and prompt. This established company never fails to meet my expectations. Quality product, fairly priced. Courteous, efficient staff. Lamar greeted us and patiently provided options that aided our decision. He was honest about delivery promises and stayed on top of our purchase. Other staff helped us if he wasn’t available at the moment. The delivery was simple and pleasant.
