I’m in the market for living room, dining room, and kitchen furniture and accessories but started with a recliner to see how the transaction went. I tried Roslyn Furniture as the storefront is approachable and close to my house but my experience goes downhill from there. To be generous, the one showroom is barebones with minimal representation of product. I did not like the one showroom recliner so Julian offered a catalogue to order from. Since I wouldn’t have the opportunity to actually sit in the recliner, I asked what if I didn’t like the chair. Julian told me that I could have it replaced because his business wasn’t like the big chain stores who wouldn’t accept exchanges. I pointed at the chair in the catalogue that looked appealing to me and told him that was what I wanted. What was delivered was the wrong color and when I told the delivery men, they called Julian and put me on the phone with him. He began arguing with me that that color was what I ordered and that he doesn’t make mistakes. The invoice does not have a description of the item ordered, only an item number and “Recliner” as the description. The delivery guy took back the phone and said they would come back and replace the chair when the correct one arrives. For a month, Julian and Roslyn Furniture customer service have ignored my emails and phone calls for updates on the status of the replacement recliner. Bottom line is that Julian has not replaced the recliner, Roslyn Furniture is a very unprofessional and unreliable business, and I am filing a report to the Better Business Bureau of Georgia.

Worst experience ever, promise next day delivery ended waiting 2 weeks claiming a damage in the dining room set. On top of that they deliver the wrong color on the living room set Julian keep me waiting 2 more weeks wasted a day of work waiting on the delivery and never arrived stating that the replacement was packed in the wrong box blaming all in the warehouse never taking responsibilities for his lies and actions. Im paying for something that I dont even have. My advise Dont and I repeat dont do business or you will regret it like me month and a half no living room set and nobody gives me a straight answer since March 9.

Worst customer service and business acumen. Ordered a bedroom set. Order delayed because of rain really!!! some reason that finally it came after 3 weeks and but all the items were not there. If this Julian guy is the owner of that shop wonder how he does business. So rude, customer service 0000. He thinks customers are damn, does not follow up when he makes a mistake and when called back he is extremely rudeDo not buy anything from this store unless you want to spend your money buying unnecessary stress. There are better stores with great customer service, no stress and know how to do business.

Ordered a living room set and paid it in full. Julian (the owner) promised to have it delivered the next day around noon. They never came. I called him and he said it was because a piece had water damage. So then we waited one month and never heard from him. We came in today to ask when it will be delivered and he said he’s still waiting on the piece. What?!? Bad business!

So my boyfriend and I decided to go to Rosaline furniture because we wanted to get a bedroom set for a great price sadly the prices were high and we didnt have any credit so we are about to walk out but the manager there assistant that we go ahead and buy a bed with him and he would get us a lower payment then what it says which was around eight hundred something dollars it worked out so we had a we have bi-weekly payments until 90 days but sadly the shipping experience was not good when I asked him or when I told him actually that we have received the wrong bed he argued with me and told me that thats the one that I wanted and that it is on my end that we did not get the right bed so I asked him can we get a refund cuz I do not want to make payments on a bed that I do not want and he told me there is no refunds but we can get the bed that we want and just pay the difference in cash so we currently have a bed that we do not want and we are making a 90-day payment so I dont get anybody coming to my house needless to say do not come here they will charge you for something that you do not want and youll miss days at work for shipping

Order a bed from the paid it off in full still have not received my purchase! The customer service is horrible with communication from the warehouse to the delivery driver. Will be asking for a refund

I love this company they were very helpful and Mr Julian help me through the process of applying for the 12 months finance and everything was done quick and nice. Dillon was the delivery guy and I love it he was very respectful, nice, polite and he assembled everything fast and good. I would give 5 star to this businessMr. Julian loved me, I found this company in google and facebook and as soon as I sent a direct message he answered me and helped me apply for financing. Dillon helped me make the bed and he was very kind and fast I love this furniture and its services.
