Great store, great staff. In and out with no issues. Love going to Big Lots.

I was really disappointed. I used to shop this location often and it was great. This past visit, aisles were sloppy, hardly any products had prices, shelves were sloppy. They did have a great selection of furniture which they didnt have before.

I literally saved over $25.00... this store is actually neat and clean. Staff is always busy working but are very attentive to detail and helpful!!❤️ I also earned an additional 15% off at the register (same day) for signing up plus $5.00 for joining!!

Big Lots - Wow! I walked in & Wow I thought - I shouldve gotten my furn here. Dang it! K was really searching 5 Miles, FB, Salvation Army too. Here n my backyard. Clean, great prices on food snacks etc a little bit of Everything you need is here

Big lots is always kinda a dirty store but, its great odds and ends. This location has very friendly staff and a good selection of everything

Good prices and options. Didnt quite find the bookcase we wanted but did get a nice mattress pad for super cheap.

I only go there for the Sparkling Ice Water. They always have it stocked with a good assortment of flavors. And the best prices in town at 75 cents!

Nice employees! A/C HORRIBLE, wearing a mask and no air hard to BREATHE! Will shop at ANOTHER BIG LOTS when I am out of area; even though this location is convenient its not worth suffocating from lack of airflow! Hampton & Pleasant Run location!

This Store is in Mesquite. MEAH Not really that impressive. The isles are too small. Otherwise its okay. BUT After shopping at the one on Forest Ln. Im spoiled.

This is the Big Lots on Forest Lane. I shop Big Lots in various locations to find items that I run out of at my local store. I was looking for one that still had the IBC Black Cherry soda that is so good and the Old World sauerkraut that is delicious and packed in glass. They had a promotion that day of a special discount to their already low prices when I ordered online, paid online, and picked it up in the store. Moreover, that way I was sure I would get the items I wanted and they were not out of stock. This store was the largest one Ive been to in this chain in this area. Very clean and very well managed.

Placed an order for curb side pick up as advertised on the website as well as signs outside in front of the store. Arrived and called and was put on hold twice and she was not sure how to do curbside. The employee then came outside and she came my car and asked me for my ID. I provided that and even offered to show the email for pickup order. She gave me my ID back and said I’m not bringing it to your car though and left a basket with my stuff in it outside the store by the front door. She wasn’t friendly and made me feel like I inconvenienced her. I ordered pick up as I didn’t have a mask. I don’t recommend curbside for this company if the employees don’t know how to properly do so and have an attitude about it. She was already at my car window verifying my ID so made no sense on why she couldn’t hand me my bags.

I do appreciate the variety of items I can find within my budget, however the customer service has declined in the past year & change Ive been coming to the store. As an educator that pays for things out of pocket for the classroom, I often check the clearance items. The way they are set at the very back of the store, no clear signage does not make it easy to navigate. Items are thrown there open/damaged without being labeled with a price. Lately, the employees have not been very helpful nor courteous. There used to be 2 managers on site: a young girl & man who were always polite & wanting to help. Now, I will ask about store items & the manager/employees are short & in a hurry. Paying on my most recent visit was not a stellar experience. The female cashier, was not friendly, cross looking and when I went to take a shopping bag realizing I needed to double so it wouldnt break, she had an attitude & said I thought you didnt want a bag. Please bring back the courtesy, friendliness & customer service that had me loving it in the first place.

They recently remodeled inside so its going to look like a different store. They are still trying to maneuver merchandise around and adjusting to the new set up, so bear with them. Big Lots is always good for the under-the-radar buys and products! Always an underrated place!

Wow! Theyve really revamped this chain. Not at all like that old Pic n Save (remember?) Take a peek and have fun!

Its like a poor mans Pier One, or maybe World Market if World Market wore overalls and lived out in the sticks...and visited the city on occasion. I appreciate the random assortment of dry food products by companies Ive never heard of. its the lazy persons adventure spot.

The store is clean and mostly organized, but thats not why Im reviewing.Im reviewing, because the cashier, Yolanda, made a comment on how my coworker and I should lose weight and what we shouldnt eat while we were in a conversation about working retail. Regardless of our weight, it was extremely unprofessional and unwarranted. I just hope she doesnt do this to every overweight customer and make this a store where people are being paranoid about being judged by customer service employees while they shop.

Didnt want to honor the shelf price of the redbulls whether it was their mistake or a customers. Both the cashier and another associate were rude about it when I showed them this photo and there were several cans in the wrong spot. They shouldve just honored the price shown, instead you just lost two customers.

A little disorganized but found a few Christmas gifts that were super cute.

Shop carefully. Many items are not marked down. Parking is easy. Cashiers are cordial but they need more cashiers when a line begins to form.

Good place to get items for home, whether for kitchen, bathroom, even living room and bedroom items. I like Big Lots cause I can always find my snacks that will get me thru the week.

Great price on lots of name brand products, I definitely will be returning.

The morale of any business is a direct reflection of its leadership.That being said even though the local and management of this entity is oppressive, the employees do a damn good job of hiding their disdain. A good leader would recognize and applaud their efforts. On the whole its a decent store. The key ingredient is missing, Leadership.

Good deals on soft drinks and candy. Also good deals on pet foods and cleaning supplies. Store has done a better job at keeping shelves stocked and floors clean.

Great place with variety of food to purchase. Also has other items to buy for home, Music, and phone. Easy to find and plenty of parking available. Has fast food restaurants located near by. Has a CVS and QT and Discount Tire close also.

Come here for the basics. Bathroom goods, kitchen supplies, bottled water and snacks. Never long lines and plenty of parking. Prices are some of the best of any store in the area.

Great place to shop. Poor customer service. You get ready to check out and always one register open . They have plenty of staff, but one cashier. When they call another cashier they take another 10 minutes to prepare and open the register. I spend more time standing in line than actual shopping.

This location has really beefed up the store. Aisles are larger, selection has continually improved and their service cant be beat! Let me share a blonde story (and yes, Im referring to myself).I went to Big Lots on August 17th. Found everything I was looking for and, course items, that I didnt know I was looking for LOL. Anyway, one of the items I had placed in my cart was a new, large cookie tray. At checkout I told the cashier that he didnt need to try to sack the item. I put it in my cart, standing up and proceeded to my auto. Yep, I forgot to take it out and put it in my trunk. When I got home is when I realized what Id done.I went back to the Big Lots the next day, receipt in hand and asked to speak to the Manager. When he came to the front and I explained what had happened...he knew exactly what had happened; hed brought the cart back into the store! With a wonderful smile and an escort to the aisle the cookie trays were on we chatted, I got my replacement tray and was on my way! What wonderful customer service! Those of you in the service industry need to model yourself after this manager!Ill shop at Big Lots over and over again because of this experience!

Really great variety of home items. Dept. Manager was nice enough to give us a discount in an Ottoman, and great service!

Had most of what I needed, had great prices and were, for the most part, very organized. My only complaint is that I asked one employee a question and they didnt know the answer and wouldnt bother trying to find out. But a very good place to pice up things like canned food and plates.

Love Big lots. A mini Walmart with more.

Horrible experience!! Had to return the couch for the third time. Every time time they sold me the defective product. It got the big whole on both couch and love seat. The love seat was totally torn out. Totally worthless!!! They did not even deliver for the drop and pick up, I had to manage on my own.Had to take lot of hassles!!!! I will never take a step on the big lots now onwards. Dont ever buy any furniture from there!

I adore Big Lots but they closed all three of the locations which were close enough for me to shop every week. It now takes me 30 minutes or much more to get to shop at Big Lots. I now only get to shop at one when I happen to be in a neighborhood which still has a Big Lots.

This store has a great assortment of furniture for a reasonable price. You can also purchase snacks, dvds, bedding, cookware and more hear. The lines are usually not very long.

They need to update their online system, placed an order that was supposedly still available and all for what so they can cancel my order saying that it’s not available anymore when clearly their online page said they had one available... very very disappointed.

Typical build lots store. It was a untidy and a little disorganized the Christmas Christmas goods were placed in various locations throughout the store as if they didnt have a specific spot for it but the employees were making an effort to make sure the shells were restocked and things were organized and thats always nice to see.

Clean store. Lots of couches/furniture. Never know what kind of home decor or other misc items youll find. Generally low prices.

Assistant manager was rude, was speaking with him and then he walked off and disappeared. The girl in cash register was rude as well.

They have godies at good prices...also the staff is very nice...

Wait in line is to long.Employees waist time visiting with each other.Prices are not clearly marked!!!!!!!Yesterday I bought tooth paste that seemed to be $1 was actually charged $3.I try not to come there very often.

This is a nice store with employees who are ready to assist you.

The worst big lots in the country. Went there standing in a long line and the cashier wasnt smart enough to tell everyone in the line that her machine was broke. Ill never go back to that big lots. Worst customer service ever. This one should be shut down..
