Cheap merchandise but if you look around awhile you may find something that could be worth the price.

Cheap clothes all the time. I was headed to Denver and needed some one time wear clothes and this was definitely the best spot for that. It didnt break the bank and they had just what I needed.

I have missed shopping at Fallas during the quarantine. Fallas is a discount store. There is always something wonderful to buy. Being a frugal shopper, I have found quality pieces at a fraction of the cost. Things like athletic wear, household items, etc.

There service is not the best I mean it’s on Mack rd so... But they have cute clothes and shoes and little toys.

They have some cute things, mostly discounted. Good deals on bedding and household items and a nice selection of men clothing. There is no dressing room so you need to pick things you know you can fit.

I feel for the people that work here; they must be under staffed because the place is so disorganized. But, on the brighter side their prices are ridiculously cheap.

The store was neat when I arrived. They have alot of clothes for boys and girls but plus size section no go. I only bought house shoes that my grandmother picked out. Overall Ill return possibly for my child. GOOD PRICES too.

Some of the staff not so much, wish they appreciated customers more . They get attitudes too quickly. Just because we in the hood, does not mean everyone is hood. We just like good deals.

This place has excellent prices on kids clothes, household items. Its a shame that the store is so dirty. Floors not clean, merchandise in disarray an employees who seem unconcerned about how the store looks. I asked if they wete going out of business. As much as I love a great deal, Ill pass on this place. This was my second chance visit.

The Best sales right now a lot of Bargains got a lot of Summer gear left out the store with big bags only spent $50 must have got about at least 15 articles not cheap name brand stuff either everything in my bag was $3 under five

An employee at this location pick pocketed my sisters wallet from my sister a month ago. The securities and manger refused to check her and confirm she had the cash and allowed her to go home. Two grown men instead decided to yell at my little sister for accusing the employee. The company has refused to comply with assisting us in any way. We called the Loss Prevention multiple times and he couldnt at least answer the phone or give us a call back. I suggest staying away from this store unless you want to get robbed by the employees.

The store has allot of clothes at a cheap price but the store was very unorganized. racks were over stuffed . Over all the store just looked dirty.

There used to be a fitting room and good customer service but now the fitting room is blocked off and new employees have been hired along with their HORRIBLE customer service. Only one or two were qualified to be working there, the others were rude and disrespectful.

Certain brands can not be returned if the tags were removed even if you have your receipt and the original tag. They will not allow you to return or exchange the item(s) at all.

Website says they close at 10 but they actually close at 9:30. If you come in late dont expect good service. The frist this one of their employees said to me was you dont have much time. When i proceded to tell him that the website hours were different he said to leave a comment so that is exactly what im doing. We found everything on about 10 mins and were in and out. If i were to talk to my customers that way i would definatly get written up at the least. Rude customer service is definatly one of the worst attributes someone can have who works retail.

They dont open at 8am like it says. The store is so messy you cant even walk thru it. Its pure disaster! I dont even know how they are still open im surprised they havent been sued for someone being hurt! Worst store.

Prices are very low and you are likely to find something that you want/need. However, the store is hot, the shopping carts dont work and 90% of the items are non-refundable.
