It is a women’s prerogative to change her mind and change it she will. We bought our stone from Kfir in late December and he did a beautiful job with the ring. But by late January I had of course ‘changed my mind’ not only about the shape of the stone but also about the quality that I wanted. I had been searching for the perfect ring for months. I had searched some commercial stores in Dallas, Online, and private jewelers. Came to Shira-Diamonds on a recommendation from some friends who got their wedding rings here. Even though we are dealing with all this Covid craziness Kfir Ram was amazing. I scheduled an appointment and he was very considerate asking if he should wear a mask or not. The best thing though was his knowledge and his ability to understand the vision I had for my fiances engagement ring. He said he would make it perfect and he did. Just picked up my custom engagement ring and WOW! This experience has been absolutely wonderful. The one on one experience was truly needed for us newbies to the diamond world. He educated us on what color and clarity actually means and how it effects the diamond overall. We were able to pick a diamond/design that fit within our budget and will absolutely outshine anything you’ll find in a retail store. My mom always told me to go with your gut and I’m so glad we did! He puts all fears at ease- highly recommend!

I got their number from a friend who used them before. Prior to calling them I searched a few other places but didnt find what I was looking for. When I called Phil, he was willing to meet with me at my convenience. When I described to him the type of cushion cut and cushion diamond engagement ring I was looking for he didnt have the setting BUT he said he would have it made for me.The stone he showed me was exactly what I wanted. The four Cs were well within my budget and better than what I had seen at some big name retailers. A custom ring at a great price....sounds too good to be true, but it was true. The end product exceeded my expectations. Most importantly, my fiancée loves the ring that was made just for her.Phil took care of me and did a fantastic job. Rick and Kfir went beyond to have my wedding band and engagement ring ready before my wedding. They designed a wedding band to match my engagement ring. I shopped my wedding band around and they were $600 dollars cheaper compared to other diamond wholesalers in the Dallas area. I recommend dealing with Rick and Phil. Finding the perfect wedding set is obviously a stressful event but Phil at Shira Diamonds (Preston Rd, Dallas) was absolutely fabulous. Phil was so kind and gentle as he helped Kim with this important purchase. He had all the time and patience in the world and helped Kim find a wedding set that she absolutely loved. Phil patiently worked us through the design and build process and delivered the most beautiful ring set on time as requested.
