I bought an eternity ring with emerald cut diamonds for my wife for our 25th anniversary. The ring is beautiful, however, within a few weeks of purchasing it, a diamond fell out and was lost. I contacted Goldberg diamonds informing them of this defect in the ring. Since they did not even bother to respond, I took the ring to a reputable jeweler and paid them to have it repaired. I will not purchase any more jewelry from Goldberg’s.I was surprised to read the response to my review where you stated: “We take our customer service very seriously and have looked into your complaint. I have checked with all of my staff and no one has received a call or complaint from you or your wife about your eternity band.” I have sent no less than 3 letters, via certified mail, return receipt requested, to your company regarding my complaints of the diamond falling out. I also received an email from the owner regarding this matter and emailed the letter to him. All of this was done prior to your response where you stated you had not received a complaint from me. Finally, I am not sure where the disconnect is but as I have stated in my complaint, I already had the ring repaired and had to pay another jeweler to do it. To be clear, we are happy with the looks of the ring, not the quality. It is obvious you are more concerned with the optics of pretending to care about my problem with the ring, on the internet, than actually doing anything to remedy the situation.

I come here for all my jewelry needs! My husband had them design an engagement ring for me and it was stunning. For the wedding band, I was inspired by a right hand ring in their showroom. I asked them to design a piece similar to it to cage my engagement band, it came out perfect and I get daily compliments on it. I finally had them solder the two together last month.The craftsmanship, service, and ability to create unique pieces is why I keep coming back.

Once they repaired a prong on my engagement ring, and the second time they rhodium plated(I think that’s the right term) the 18k gold on my wedding band and engagement ring to make them look sparkly and brand new! Both times these jewelers have exceeded my expectations with their professionalism, quality, efficiency, and pricing. It’s no wonder they were referred to me by both colleagues, friends and neighbors.
