My husband bought my engagement ring from a box store. And the price was outrageous for the size of the diamond. We returned that ring when we found Barry and what he was able to provide. It is the most beautiful diamond. After eight years of marriage and four kids I needed my ring resized and some additional diamonds added.I met with Berry, told him our budget and what I was looking for. Barry Hirsch, the owner, took the time to sit with me and help me create a beautiful design for the new setting, then said they could custom make it to save me money. When I picked up the rings a few days later, I was so happy with the results. The new setting was absolutely exquisite. The jewelry maker certainly knows what she’s doing! It was a great personal experience from start to finish. Barry and his assistant (i forget her name, but she was very nice too)were very knowledgeable about diamonds, and able to make me a beautiful custom engagement ring, wedding band, and earrings using some diamonds from my mothers old wedding band. It was perfect, I got to pick my setting from a catalog, but they also have rings right there to see or buy as well. They got the sizing just right and provided an appraisal so I can get my ring insured. I will definitely be back to this place for all my jewelry needs. They also cleaned an old ring of mine a few months ago, and did a great job on that too!

I’m so glad I found Diamond and Gold Warehouse! After a bad experience at Zales trying to design a custom ring I went searching online and came across this place. My husband and I met with Barry and he was so helpful and taught us everything we needed to look for when looking at loose diamonds. Their designer created a model to generate the design before we moved forward so I could see the finished result. Pictures dont do the ring justice at all. Wow!! Im still so in awe over my experience yesterday with Barry!! I can not explain just how amazing this man truly is. He is 110% knowledgeable in his craft. He is such a honest and kind human, he wont let you walk out the door without giving you an honest quote or making sure there truly isnt anything he can do to help you! Barry Hirsch is the total gentleman youve read about in these other reviews. He was so kind, even though the pieces I brought in were not worth fiscal value. Barry is the person you want your jeweler to be. Dont be intimidated about asking him anything. Barry will give you a straight but nice answer.

Blown away!! Barry and team did such a phenomenal job on my gals engagement ring. I decided to go with a custom sapphire ring with halo. It is one of the most beautiful rings weve ever seen. Working with Barry was super easy and no stress. He knew exactly how to take my verbal ideas and make them come to life, even better than expected. A true professional. Before I get into my visit, I must say that you have to be open-minded. My husband was skeptical at first. Keep in mind that this establishment is a jewelry wholesale business. That is important. You should not expect to walk into an elaborate place with bright lights and large display cases that you would expect at a stereotypical jewelry store. What you will get are 1) individuals who are very educated in diamonds and who are willing to educate you, 2) personalized service that is not pushy or trying to get you to buy something that you dont like, 3) a reasonable price for quality products.We visited with Barry, the owner, and he took time to listen to what we were looking for and what our budget was and made suggestions that fit our budget (they have products that fit all price points... your product is based on your budget). Since I had already had an idea of what I wanted, it did not take long for me to make a selection. It would help to have an idea of what you like, however, if you do not I am sure that they would be happy to assist since he did take time to show me different products that he thought would interest me based on what I described.After less than a week, my ring was ready.
