I think it says a lot about a company when something doesnt go quite as planned at first and they dont hesitate to work with you to make it right. I highly recommend using Bova!

I had a couple of rings that needed to be sized they were 14 k gold and diamonds. I took them to Bova and had the jeweler size them for me. They did the job quickly and accurately. They helped me to determine what size I should make them. I was impressed with the service I received and would recommend them.

Bova Diamonds has exceptional customer service! My wife and I picked out rings from here over two years ago. They have a very high quality selection of beautiful diamonds and settings that the other big name stores just cannot compete with. Jason was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us through the whole process. The whole staff is friendly and accommodating every time I bring the rings in for cleaning. I contacted them about purchasing an engagement ring for my now fiance after a friend recommended the great work they did for him in finding the right ring at an affordable price.Upon my initial reaching out, Jason Stephens - Sales Manager immediately reached out to discuss what I was looking for. I described to him the three stone setting wed been looking for and were unable to find at multiple jewelry stores the last few weeks. He asked if I had any general pictures I could send him - which I did. We concluded our initial conversation with him asking me for my price range of where Id like to stay within.I showed up for an appointment a few days later and Jason already had two settings in mind. The first one was an instant sell for me. He already had a center stone in mind that he was able to show me that still kept within my price range I specified. In fact, Jason was able to get me the stone and setting I was looking for under my initial budget.Upon my purchase of the ring, it was ready in less than a week which also met my timeline for proposal perfectly (Most Jewelers had told me that two weeks wasnt going to be possible).After proposing, there was obviously going to be some sizing required with the ring. I expected them to have us come back by the next day but, they were able to do it in less than 30 minutes - same day.Overall, Jason and the staff is always full of energy and more than willing to help in any way without the added pressure of making a purchase for the most expensive rock in the building. The team at Bova is fantastic! They went above and beyond to create my engagement ring to be exactly what I wanted! My husband and I also got our wedding bands from there and we were able to find our perfect match. If I could rate this higher than 5 stars I would. Nir, Jason and Haley, the whole Bova team, was friendly and attentive and you could tell they were looking out for my best interest. The prices are unmatched by any other place, I know because I visited 4 others before finding Bova. I was looking for a cushion cut diamond for my fiance and ended up with a AMAZING diamond at a INSANELY GOOD price. I will be using Bova moving forward for all of my jewelry needs and would recommend to all.
