Walking inside the store all I saw was the extensive selection of brightly colored t shirts. Did inquire how things work and a salesman gladly greeted us and gave us a tour of how the t shirts are priced with different quality of product. Really helpful and had a great smile. Read through many reviews and I’m glad I’m not the only one. They are EXTREMELY rude! Jay the “manager” literally starred at his computer screen and kept saying “whatever” while I was trying to explain church Tax IDs.I have filled out a tax ID form so many times and have had a card but TODAY I have the wrong tax ID number. I asked if he could look up my form and he said no because they don’t keep them. They throw them out. Just a heads up.

Worst customer service ever !I asked a simple question . I was buying in bulk (over 100 shirts) and I asked if I can get a little break.The guy was like NO, you pay the price and that’s it .He continue to say : you don’t have to buy here, you can go buy somewhere else !That’s the worst customer Service experience ever .... zero regard ... as long as they make their money ... sad

Credit card info was hacked using their website. Notified owner, waited for website to be fixed, notified owner again (because I would like to be able to place orders), on 3rd notification owner was rude and told me he was not going to secure his website and if I don’t like it I can do business elsewhere. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but after the hassle of getting my bank account together after being hacked, being a loyal customer for close to 5 years, and the total disregard for the safety of their customers bank account info, I felt I should share with the people.

My first time there was a good experience i was greeted and the people who work there are very nice. They have good quality material and the prices are low and affordable. I recommend this shop to everyone.

This is the best priced t-shirt warehouse in Dallas!! It is typically well organized so you can figure out what sizes you need. They have the softest tshirts similar to american apparel or next level. I read other reviews stating staff is rude, I think it’s more of a language barrier. With these prices I find it worth going here over anywhere else.

Great place to go to for custom orders and for a mass quantity of t-shirts, caps, etc.The quality of the clothes are pretty good, and there is a huge variety to choose from (they even have military licensed products).Had a wonderful experience with the staff. The man who works at the front desk gives you a fair price estimate and tells you if theres something in your design that will compromise the quality of your order.My custom order was ready by the day that I needed it, and the process was a quick in and out (easier if you call ahead or email your design with a description of what you want).I will definitely be coming back here again!

NEVER EVER GO TO THESE IDIOTS. They will FIND A WAY to screw up your project. I thought I would save a couple of bucks shopping here (2$ per hat / 1$ per imprint), and ended up with totally unusable promotional items - twice. In regards to their embroidery, they really could not give a CRAP about quality.Initially, They told me that the reason they looked so bad was they did not have the file. They took a picture of my existing promotional item, and assured me it would work. When I asked them about it, they said I should have given them a file.So, like an idiot, I try again, and give them an embroidery file. Since they still have a picture of the hat, they KNOW how the final output should look - if it was not going to look like that, I should have gotten a call. It was like they ruined it on purpose. When I asked why they were so bad, I got laughed at. There is no Hey, lets make it right or Im sorry I am hurting your business. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE

Dont know what I would do without this spot. I live 35 minutes away and visit this place at least 3 times a week. I use to order all my stuff online but I found out about Tshirt depot and never ordered shirts or vinyl from anywhere else. The guys in there treat me like family and they are always friendly and happy to help me with whatever. I Love Ivan and Amador (the guys that cut the vinyl and make the shirts) they are always joking around me and always so helpful making me feel right at home. Hope this place doesnt ever close.

Besides the untrained staff on their product, the owner jumped down my throat because I asked him if I were to order a certain product on their website without coming into the store, what would I get. I did my homework, just wanted to be sure if this was the right shirt company to build my business with. I had pictures, screenshots, style number, and sizes needed all prepared off their website. Come to find out whats on their website and whats actually in the store are two totally different product. Ladies are really youth, and youth are really children. So when I tried to get clarity with the owner after the staff were of no help, he got defensive and left me standing there while he moved onto another customer who insist he help me and answer my question. There was a huge language barrier to get through. COMPLETE AND TOTAL FRUSTRATION. I understand you are in business to make money, not dont frustrate the potential life-long business person away. . .you are blowing money right out the door. GOOD RIDDEN!

Horrible managment! Ive been ordering with them for the last 5 years. Im a graphic designer so I send all my orders thru them. I had this guy yell at me after I politely asked why the minimum was changed from 12 to 24. After I asked he yelled whatever and hanged up. I mean the place already looked shaddy but really didnt think they would be so rude!

Bad customer service!!! I went to purchase team t-shirts with the printed numbers on the back... 1st off they didnt have the same Color shirts in different sizes. They had small and large in one color and medium and x-large in a different hue. Now initially when I arrived I showed Ivan the design I wanted and he said he could do it ($11 per shirt) so after I gathered the med and x-large shirts I needed (since that was the only size they had in the correct color) I went back to Ivan to have the shirts printed... He tells me I need to talk to his manager Jay. Now Jay is talking in circles saying they cant print navy on orange shirts and that it has to be the same color....Wait... WHAT???? Now I just look this way and know good and well that when printing it is ideal to have contrasting colors. There is no way you would be able to see the print if the ink and the shirt was the same exact color. Needless to say we will never return.

Im starting a t-shirt business, I visited Wholesale T-Shirt Depot and I found out that their customer service is horrible, it was a really bad experience. I come in approach a salesman and I start asking different types of questions related to the t-shirt quality and pricing (I try to found out what would be the best way to approach this business with their product), their answers were very vague like ...yes, no, may be...with no major explanation or details...and meanwhile I was talking to one of them all of the sudden he move to another customer leaving me talking to myself, in 20 minutes I talked with 3 different salesman. I ended up walking around the store by myself, with not clear picture about what type of the product they have (price,quality,services,etc), when I ask to show me the different quality of products they carry...their answer was... everything in the store is a good quality product...(?).If you visit this place dont expect a Hi, good morning...how are you?...nothing...not greeting at all coming in or going out. Rude, indiferent people.If you own a business and you want to learn what YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN BUSINESS, OR IF YOU WANT TO DO TRAINING TO YOUR EMPLOYEES...SEND THEM TO THIS STORE AND TELL THEM.... THAT IS THE WAY THEY DONT HAVE TO BEHAVE IN YOUR STORE

I love this place. I went there to get some vinyl and tshirts they had a lot of selections to choose from ! Their customer service has gotten better and Ivan is definitely your go-to guy regarding printing or any help you may need.

Horrible customer service, contacted them about a quote. Informed me that I would have to send in my design via email. In which I did. Asked him would he reply back to the email. Told me he would. Called him back after an hr, to see if he got the email. He told me no he didnt and rushed me off the phone. They are now closed for the weekend until Monday. Guess this guy was done working for the weekend. Needless to say, Im glad they didnt respond, Im sure I can invest my money into a business that values its customers. Looks like I escaped an L. Save yourself some Lessons, dont work with them. They are rude and feel as if they are the best t-shirt store around. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Its a wholesale spot on HARRY HINES expect what is to be expected if you walk up to them with what you want to know about they will give you pricing, i think the last reviewer had some Wal Mart frame of mind thinking they were going to wait on you hand and foot, but its not like that, first time i visited i wandered around, look before you ask what they have, its really simple, and once the guys get to recognize you and remember you they are MORE than helpful....their prices are SUPER competitive for a t-shirt start up, i use them whenever i need to make a bulk purchase at one time, just a word of advice, know exactly what youre looking for before you go there, or give yourself enough time to browse around, not all of the employees speak the best of english but they get the job done with me and are very friendly i always get a Whats up buddy?! in a foreign accent when i walk in. you just gotta put in your time and stop expecting to be treated like a king/queen when you go to a store maybe you wouldve had a better experience, stay humble. these guys run an organized shop with a large amount of choices to choose from when it comes to blank t-shirts
