These ladies are fantastic! The quality of their work is incredible but the customer service is above the best! I came in with a last minute item for Christmas after they had already cut orders off. They told me that I could be put on a waiting list in case they were able to get through all the other orders first, but there were no guarantees. Not only did they call me to bring in my item, they completed faster then they said. I was able to give my custom gift for Christmas and I am very grateful! I will never go anywhere else!

Legacy Monograms was recommended to me and I am SO glad!! I ordered a backpack and lunchbox for my daughter from Pottery Barn, and the monogram they did blended into the background and you could not really read her name right. I went to two local girls near me, and they both did not have the equipment to monogram the classic style lunchbox. They tried to fix the backpack, but you could still see so much of the old one that had been removed in the background. I bought a navy fabric pen and had them removed, and colored in what I could to help it blend. I dropped them off at Legacy Monograms and they were pretty confident they could fix them! When I picked them up I was SO IMPRESSED! You seriously can hardly tell these things have been monogramed and stitching removed THREE times! They look amazing, and I am so so happy with the results! I had no idea they were even there, and they have so many cute items in their store you can purchase - will be back for sure! THANK YOU!!

I had a wonderful experience with Legacy Monograms. I needed embroidery done and they were super helpful in shirt and thread selection. The quality of their work is amazing and heads and shoulders above another company I tried. I also loved that they had so many items that did not require a minimum order. I ordered a few golf shirts, a couple of T-shirts and a ball cap and I love them all. I also brought in a polo I purchased elsewhere and they did a wonderful job on that embroidery as well. They did a cool gray and silver subdued logo for me. I am thrilled that I found them and plan to continue working with them! Seriously, there work is so good...crisp, clean, amazing!

I cant tell you how wonderful Legacy Monograms is! I went in with several items I needed embroidered and they were all different. It was pretty confusing with different thread colors, sizes and placements. The girls were so helpful in pulling out perfect colors that worked beautifully. What a superb company! I wanted a couple of special gifts for my husbands birthday that we are celebrating as his Mercury Birthday (80th), and Legacy Monograms & Embroidery were wonderful in helping me create a silver grey sweatshirt and baseball hat with a monogram picture of the god Mercury and my husbands initials.
