Omg this is a hidden gem!! Katie helped me & I explained via email what i needed and in only 2 days. She replied very quickly with responses & mocked me up exactly what I requested with the best price online I had found. I actually went to pick it up and it was done the day before a day early!! It was perfect. They r very nice & you can tell they value the customers requests. I was so imoressed I ordered another shirt more detailed for my daughters basketball team right then she actually designed it in front of me based off picture I had and price was very reasonable. Plus it will b ready within like 3-4 days!! Im so excited I found this place & will b ordering everytging from them now. They can do basically anything on fabrics have a variety of styles of clothing anything u want ir u can bring in ur own. They explain how diffrent colors will look on fabrics such as vinyl etc. I will b referring them to everyone now! Especially after team sees my shirt Im sure they will have alot of orders!! I needed 4 shirts super last minute (less than 48 hours). I walked in during my lunch break and was greeting by all three ladies working. Creating a custom shirt was so easy! They had samples of all the shirts and I love how they had the different text colors so you could see what it would look like on the shirt. I called when I was in the parking lot to see if my shirt would be ready for an easy pick up because I didnt want to get both of my sleeping kids out of the car in the heat. The lady brought it out to the parking lot for me. Thats worth five stars alone!

I went into Big Frog for the first time last Wednesday and had a great experience, so I thought I would share. I have heard about them before, but I havent had a chance to try it out. I had an idea for few shirts I wanted made for a birthday over the weekend, but given the timeline I thought I might be too late. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a friendly staff. They walked me through the process and all of the many options I had to choose from, there is A LOT, and assured me that they could meet my deadline. We talked about the design I wanted and they got to work. It was cool to watch, theyre very creative. I picked out my shirts once the design was finalized and they threw them on the printer and walked out with my everything the same afternoon. The shirts were a hit at the party, I will be going back soon!

I originally placed an order with an online vendor, and was very disappointed when I received the t-shirt. I hadnt thought to look for a local shop, but found you guys through Google. This shirt was an anniversary gift, so I was pretty frantic. I went your shop on a mid-day break, and the woman who greeted me (I so wish Id gotten her name) was SO helpful. Sympathetic to my situation, she set up my account, we downloaded my image, and she printed my shirt while I waited. I can not say enough great things about my experience. THANK YOU! (P.S. The franchise happen to be Big Frog a name i had never heard of. Big Frog turned a potentially disappointing situation into a great one. I lead a small homeschool group of some 12 families. I needed to make five t-shirts to recognize these kids for their year-long effort and accomplishment. I had no clue about sizes. My wife normally handles these things. Long story short, Big Frog helped me get a great design and the right t-shirt sizes for these kids. I praise God for how willing Big Frog was to be help me and our small group. I would happily recommend others to use their services!

The design process was very fast and there was no charge for that. The price per shirt was very reasonable. And best of all, the turnaround time was incredible. It was essentially same day service and that is amazing for custom printed shirts.
