Eddie helped come up with several designs to choose from. I was impressed with the quality of the shirts and the printed design. The delivery was quick. It was quick and easy to make an appointment on line. I made it for the same day and went in with a few ideas in mind but I am no graphic artist! Lamar helped me and brought my idea to life. Great, quick service. My only issue was that the website did not detail price per order. All I saw was that the website showed $9.95 t-shirts for 25, wish I wouldve known that the price would jump up to $24 for four shirts. If I hadnt already setup my appointment and was not in urgent need of these shirts I wouldnt have bought them.

I paid close to $60 for ONE raglan (!!!!), which I customized.The quality of the shirt is not great, the sleeves are too short, and it also fits a little small. As far as the printing job, I find it very disappointing & amateurish looking, certainly not worth the money I was outrageously charged for it. I was contacted by Eddie after receiving my order, asking how I liked it, and I did share my concerns with him. He responded that someone would be in touch with me to discuss further, and I am still waiting for that to happen ! I also received a survey type email requesting feedback, in which I also shared my disappointment, but again nobody followed up ! After such a disappointment, I will not be purchasing anything else from this company, which I was planning on doing, as I was considering selling shirts on my website in the near future, as a way to promote my practice. I will be giving my business to another merchant. I do not recommend Custom Ink, the main reason being that their prices are too high & the quality does not match.

Eddie was able to make a shirt with less than 24 hour notice. He did an awesome job and was a pleasure to work with.

I was able to preview samples while also following all Covid-19 safety precautions. The staff member helping me was knowledgeable on the various products and and all of the questions I had. A very customer service!

I came in with a reasonably simple order but didn’t have much time, and he was personable, funny, and so helpful that I was able to be in and out within 15 min even with a baby in tow. I had never done a custom shirt before, until the day I walked into Custom Ink on Royal Lane in Dallas. Little did they know, I was bringing with me a deeply personal story. I wanted to project the final chapter on this shirt. The story that brought me to Custom Ink began with life saving emergency open heart surgery, where my life was saved, restored, extended and ultimately enhanced. It was crucial to capture my life as it is today on that shirt, as I anticipate wearing it for the first time at the Dallas Heart Walk, sponsored by the American Heart Association.Although the store offers scheduled appointments, I decided to take my chances and walk in. I am greeted by Lamar, a person who immediately struck me as super friendly, kind and passionate about his work. Given I did not want to stifle his creativity I described to him, at a high level, my vision for the shirt. Today, I went to this CustomInk location in Cedar Hill to receive assistance with an order I was looking to place. I was greeted by two very helpful gentlemen, Stephen & Eddy, who not only made me feel as if I were in good hands, but also managed to walk me through the ordering process. I was shown various types of shirts and at the very end, left feeling great after a 10% discount was applied to one of my orders. I went in the store with a design in mind and Vatrece helped make that design exactly how I wanted it. Vatrece, Stephen, and another guy whose name I never got were all friendly and very helpful. We picked out the shirts we wanted based on the material, which they have several options to choose from, and got a little over 30 shirts both adults and youth. We are very satisfied with our purchase and will be purchasing again in the future.
