Ive gotten quite a few items custom-made, -embroidered, or -printed here, and both service and workmanship have been outstanding every time. This doesnt seem to be a universal experience, according to the negative reviews Im reading here, but I found the owner and his employees to be quite pleasant and thoroughly professional. The orders I placed were processed in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. Ive been very happy with the results of each job theyve done for me, plus they even managed to satisfy my boss at the time, who had already turned down samples from 4 other places!

EmbroidMe Frisco did a fantastic job on our event t-shirts and aprons! They matched our colors perfectly. Eddie, Isaac and the whole team there have been so wonderful to work with. They have really helped to elevate our Taste of the Cowboys fundraising event for the North Texas Food Bank - that raises funds for hungry children. Thank you!

Great experience, I got some shirts and hoodies decorated for my gaming channel. The prices only match the professionalism and quality of the work that is expected. Larry and Destiny took great care of my products and I loved the results greatly. There are bad reviews here, but this is a porfessional and high standard company. Anything you want done well, Id highly recommend them... Keep in mind, this isnt your grandmas attic.

Awful. I was told I could pick up my items on December 24. One was a Christmas gift. I went December 24 at 2:15 pm, and they were closed. No one told me they were closing early. There was no sign on the door with holiday hours - nothing. I went back December 26 to pick up my items, and they werent ready! Plus, they used the wrong color thread on one of them. The lady never asked what color I wanted. I realized it in the car, called and told her we forgot the thread color, I told her exactly what I wanted, and they picked a different color. The staff is helpless and hopeless. Never again.

Went by 4 times during open hours and doors were closed. Then when they finally were there on the 5th time (no apology from management), they took 2 weeks to embroid one thing and used the wrong color completely ruining the baby blanket. Dont take your things here!

I placed an order that I needed ASAP. When I called, I was reassured it would be completed the next week even though it was a special order. I called to check on the status a few times and each time got the response itll arrive tomorrow or itll go out tomorrow. 3 weeks later when I finally got what I needed from a competitor, I called to cancel my order and was conveniently told its already packaged to be shipped tomorrow so you cant cancel. Very disappointed in the dishonestly about my order.

I would try some place else.I went in with a special font to attach to a garment. It ended up that the font would not work for their machines; this is understandable. I didnt find this out until after they had called me and let me know that they were ready for me to pick up my order. When I got to the store I pointed out that the embroidered font was not the one ordered. They said they tried to call me. But, why take the liberty of embroidering the garment with a font of their own choosing?I guess they were under quite the backlog of work because while I was there the girl who was answering the phones was constantly being asked by people on the other end about their commissions. The guy in the back was snide, clearly at wits end, and trying to shuffle the calls off with promises of tomorrow.

I was quoted 10 days. Was not told 10 business days. Then it was by the end of the week. Called embroidery mark on harry hines and was quoted the same price but 2 days turnaround. I Dont recommend this place. Walked in to get my shirts and hats back and not one machine was spinning. You would think if they were that busy theyd be working around the clock.

This place is overpriced and the staff is extremely rude!! They need to fire and hire new staff that actually wants to work and just isnt on their phones and laughing behind a computer. I will never go back to this place. I usually go to mesquite but I decided to give something closer a try since I live in Dallas but i made a mistake by doing that!

$30 minimum. Very expensive. Not worth the hassle.

Should have heeded everyone else’s warnings. Avoid this place like the plague. Unprofessional and horrible customer skills. Overpriced compared to other embroidery shops. Told me 5-8 day turn around. Requested 4 days. Got the okay. Heard nothing for 10 days. Finally went in after my calls weren’t answered. Was talked to like trash. Told me they quoted me 8-10 days. Lies. Not to mention I had already waited ten days. They messed up big and rudely pointed fingers at me. Couldn’t even find my unfinished items when I said I would take my business elsewhere.

I get all my tshirts and marketing materials done here for my business. Very good and normally fast.

Every time Ive come to this location the staff have been incredibely rude and unhelpful. Its bad enough they open 20 minutes late, they charge nearly double what other embroidery places charge! The breaking straw for me was them charging $25 dollars for a rush fee and then telling me it would be ready Friday afternoon (7 days) after quoting me 7-10 days for regular service! Never going back

Ok, so I spoke with a very nice friendly lady about some logos on the phone. Then I go in and get a big stink eye from the owner because I asked to use the restroom. I was very happy with Christiana but he cost himself a lot of business and I will not be back. Aparently he forgoy that customers pay his bills and has no appreciation for us. If you dont like rude people dont give this man your business.

Called to ask about having a couple hats a jacket and shirts done. I had the items and the logo already. I was quoted $89 just to load them on to the computer. Are you kidding? Way over priced.

Such awful service, called the day before and told me they could do a rush order on a single item, when I came in the next day they told me they couldnt do it and they couldnt do less than 30 items do not go here ever
