Its a nice place, but its missing background music. Every time I go there, the music is so low that you cant tell if its on or there is no music at all. Aside from that, its a really cool place.

Love this gem of a coffee shop. I just found it, it is like inside a church but that is fine for me. It was gorgeous outside and inside and tons of space to sit and work on whatever you need to. The weather was nice and has tons of shady space with a calming small pond to relax and do your work. I ordered the chai latte, it was a little sweet for my taste but the price was great and reasonable as it should be. my small chai was $3 and not the typical 5-6 bucks at most coffee shops making this place affordable and worth it to come. This will most certainly be my new go to place to work on homework. I do believe though they are closed Saturday-Sunday but not certain.

First time Visit at this coffee Shop..Beautiful place come, take a delicious coffee which is worth for money you are paying, occupy what ever available chair,sit, relax and walk around just to change ur mind...Oh, god we have been staying nearby long time...took long time to explore this place...As a 1st timer here, for sure I recommend this place for Study, work, meetings, or any meetups...Loved the place!!!

This is one of the most beautiful and spacious places to get coffee ever! They have an amazing patio area with a nice little pond and plenty of shade. Inside, there is a ton of seating for different purposes. I came here to study upstairs, and it was relatively quiet. There were many outlets and free Wi-Fi. I wish I lived closer to here so that I could come here all the time!

Looking for study heaven??? Youve found it. Watermark is hands down one of my all time favorites to come and hit the books. Lots of greats spots to sit at and slave away at homework, all while enjoying some of their delicious lattes and fresh coffee brews. The staff are super sweet and the atmosphere is pretty chill unless they are having events. If you are not religious dont let the church atmosphere deter you here. It is absolutely welcoming in every aspect and certainly worth a visit if youre doing business or viciously working away at deadline.

I LOVE this place!! Watermark Coffee Shop is the best place to hang out: meet with friends, meet new people, or just sit and read/study. Im from VA, here for a week. I have enjoyed this coffee shop, its baristas, and its clientele. What a wholesome place to come! Singles, couple, families, young and old alike, everyone is welcome!! And you dont have to be a member of Watermark! The doors are open to you! Do it! Its time for ☕! Or tea, if you prefer.

When I go to coffee shops here in Dallas TX I usually visit Starbucks for a cup of coffee...yesterday I decided to go to watermark coffee shop for a change and ordered a cappuccino. To be honest I was not impressed or happy with my visit/experience there the place was too big for a coffee shop I have never seen a place that big..everything was far from the spot where you pick up your orders or even the restrooms...coffee shops shouldnt be that big in size in my humble opinion...you have to be close to those places I mentioned...as for the cappuccino I ordered...quite frankly it didnt taste good at all..and wasnt hot enough...needless to say Im not returning there for another visit...

From Ohio, found this little hidden gem. Excellent coffee, open and comfortable seating, and the employees are friendly. Would definitely frequent this shop if I moved here - Im sure Id make a lot of friends.

Great coffee – my favorite is the Latte! I am a Seminary student and I thoroughly enjoy going here to study. It has a lot of atmosphere but quiet enough so you can think and be productive. Always plenty of room to spread out and familiar faces to see!

Excellent place. Very spacious with very comfortable sofas and chairs. Fast WiFi. Relatively quiet (no music, just speaking people). Perfect to work with laptop or to meet someone.

Best ambience. Very high ceilings that make you feel like you have room to breathe. Lots of seating inside and out with a pretty view.

I am so happy I chose to go to the Watermark Coffee Shop!It is a beautiful place to sit, drink coffee, and chat or study. Plenty of semi-private seating upstairs and downstairs, and a water feature with seating outside. Coffee was good and staff were all very friendly. They also have a few pastries I would like to have tried. Bathrooms were clean and plentiful. I highly recommend this place!

Watermark coffee shop is quick and even though I cant drive up yo a window or something lol!! I have to go into the church. I get this harvest greens drink thinking Im getting blended kale in a cup. It does have a fee grams of sugar but I love it! As well as their chocolate cookie and pumpkin scone! I do appreciate the smiling cheekbones above the face 😷 masks! $3bucks for the harvest greens drink. If you like grab a seat and stay a while because that area is also a fantastic place to meet up, get some laptop work done. Its a Starbuck setting / Starbucks vibe. Its a lounge area in a beautiful ⛪church.

I love coming to this coffee shop to get some work done. I think it is so cool that this church has its own built in coffee shop. Its very serene and beautiful as well. I love the architecture. It does get a little crazy with church events after about 6 pm or so. I would say to visit this place during the day and early afternoon.

My new alternative to work remote when Im home in Dallas. Also huge and numerous community facilities and church. Looked like they have a lot of programs and activities ongoing.

Awesome study spot. The buildings lower level has has many tables. It is usually louder and good for business meetings and get togethers. The upstairs portion is much more quiet and a few outlets can be found if you arrive at the right time.

Overall great place to study and meet with friends or just sit and read a book.Improvements: There seems to never be soap in the ladies bathrooms. They are also completely out of sanitary pads and tampons.

An impressively large, unnecessary building. I cant imagine the amount of money that was spent to build a compound like that. I ordered a drip and a shot of espresso and paid. Then I was told I didnt pay enough, so they charged me another $3. Plenty of other places to get good coffee in more comfortable, quaint digs.

Is a great place to work. On non related work stuff. Evidently, the router on the network doesnt/must not allow VPNs, as I have tried on two separate days /occasions, and each time am booted off network. Too bad, because it is a nice area. Is very inviting, and centrally located.

Not a coffee connoisseur but I’d say this is better than Starbucks. A lot cheaper as well and great value for money. Wifi is fast and lot of space to work. Can be a tad noisy depending on who’s there but it is still quiet pleasant compared to other cafes.

Delicious coffee offerings in a historic home in Dallas State Thomas neighborhood is a unique and friendly jewel in a sea of Starbucks.We loved the comfy casual atmosphere of this coffee shop, and the drinks are delicious!!I had the iced dark chocolate mocha with 2 Stevie. Hmm!! Creamy, chocolate, roasty and just perfect for an indulgent treat.

I never felt that comfortable in a church. Its a coffee shop in a church and as I was awaiting my last days here in America I was amazed as on of the staff handed me the coffee for free saying: Someone has already paid for it. I know no better witness than this. I came to the US for an internship that I had saved money for about two years. But as I came here I was overwhelmed how expensive everything is and also there was an unexpected shortage of my financial support. So today I was about to pay the coffee with some of my last money. I know that this small miracle is just the beginning. I will have to pay back the credit card debt back in Germany. But one thing I know: This coffee shop will remain a blessed memory in my life. :)The coffee shop has a super friendly staff and lots of good seating spots with perfect Wifi. I love it!
