Dear visitor, this place is amazing. I never had such a good coffee at such an awesome location. The place is a good mix of old bricktown architecture and modern creativity. The food is fresh and self-made. For students they have a 10 % off offer. For me as a teacher of DISD and a private tutor I can only recommend this place. It is a good place to come together with other students to have a successful time together. The vibes at that place are amazing for learning and relaxing at the same time. Try it out and let yourself enjoy it.

Very open and comfortable. I was hoping for a hazelnut brew but they didn’t have one so I settled for brewed coffee with hazelnut shots kinda nasty but that’s my own fault I’ve never tried it like this b4. I was greeted as soon as I came in and the barista was very helpful and cheery. I’ll definitely stop in again whenever I’m nearby. They also offer free wifi

I have nothing but all pleasant experience in this place. The price was worth it for the quality of food and service they have. I highly recommend this to everyone. I really love their coffee since I am a coffee lover. I keep on coming into this place.

We were told that the employee who was suppossed to be on shift didnt show up so it took awhile to place our order...but the lady who was helping us hit the ball out of the park She did awesome, she explained the issues and appologized for the delay. Even though she was clearly out of her comfort zone she still maintained a wonderful attitude and even flashed a few smiles. The sausage breakfast sandwich was delicious!

Im usually a single origin, sparkling water and spro, traditional-size milk drink kinda guy, but Urban Blend has a special place in my heart because everything they make is quality, delicious, and consistent. Good, quick snack options, good hang out and read area, great interior architecture and windows, easy access with many parking options within a couple blocks. Never disappointed.

Today was my first time here and Im really glad I found it. Im always impressed by a genuine good cup of coffee. I was able to do writing without much distraction; the music isnt too loud, and its a comfortable environment for work.If you like good coffee I highly recommend!

Pretty good spot in a great location near downtown. Visited on a Sunday, and there was only one employee making drinks but she was definitely crushing it. It was pretty busy so the wait ended up being pretty long, but the drinks and muffins were good.

Excellent coffee. A lot of people go to a place like Starbucks out convenience. Dont get me wrong Starbucks is okay. But it is the fast-food of coffee. Urban Blend on the other hand has a much higher standard. Anytime I am downtown, I rush over and buy a cup. The clientele is nice also. Polite students (El Centro), nice business men and women. I think it housed with a church. They said it was a very friendly church. I guess what I am trying to say is the atmosphere is great.

As a longtime regular here, I have experienced hospitality here that transcends the standards of customer service. I have to make reference to how I baddly injured myself walking in downtown well after they had closed. The staff still there where more than happy to take me in and assist in threating my wounds. I tried to tip them generously, but they had simply refused my offer and told me when I was ready to leave to go in peace and to have a blessed day. Words cant simply express how much I love this place. If there is any place that you should go to rest your feet in downtown, then it most certainly is here. And as for the staff, yall are heroes! Every last one of you!

As a travel and wedding photographer I travel a lot and I am always on the search for places that serve great coffee and has a warm and welcoming ambiance. I ran into the Urban Blend Coffee place while scouting for locations to do photo sessions in Dallas. I am so glad that I did!This is now my happy place in Dallas, the place I will always return to when I am in town.I had a cappuccino that was so good that I had to have a second one. Great place, wonderful and warm service, great ambiance and in top of all that, great coffee. I’ll be back every time I am in town.

Coffee was really good and the venue is great. The church that is built into the place was closed when I went there so I dont know how the environment is when it is open. The small cappuccino and latte sizes were really generous, and the larger sizes werent much bigger. Consider going with the smaller sizes before you step it up.

The staff here at this a small intimate join is amazing. The ambiance or vibes here is nice. They have great coffee ( try the Americano, hella good pastries, and breakfast sandwiches. Plus its conveniently located right at the west end train station

Friendly customer service that actually asks you personally right before your drink is made how you want it and the most AMAZINGLY unique yet delicious drink I ever had called an Italian soda!

Like their chicken pesto tried one of their fall drinks and it’s a little on the sweeter side but it’s good. Wish they wouldn’t use such cheap cups for the iced drinks . Got a latte and didn’t realize until I was halfway to work that there was a hole in the cup itself and It was spilling everywhere :(thank you for the response!

Just finished my oat milk latte. So delicious! All of the drinks are great! The coffee shop is urban, cozy and comfortable. Try the London Fog or Dirty Chai too!

Was only in Dallas for 2.5 days and I visited this place 2 days in a row. The barista who served me was great. She was alone with multiple orders but still struck a conversation with me telling me about the adjoining church and how the coffee shop started. My Chia Tea Latte was made perfect. When I go back to Dallas Ill be sure to visit again.

Here, you can find great costumer service and a personal touch. The coffee is not special, no more than what one can find at Starbucks. They have automatic espresso machines. My espresso was too hot and a bit burned in the last visit.

Im a regular brewed coffee guy. The prices dont make sense when you add in tax (unless it costs extra for syrup) Im sipping on it now and it tastes suuuper watery as well. I guess Starbucks is going to have to win over this one

A spot tucked away right by the railstation with delicious coffee and great service. Was pleasantly surprised that their cups for here went up to 16oz, as most places only have them at 12oz max. Looking forward to stopping by again next time Im in town.

After tasting the muffin I purchased it was not worth the cost. I also checked my credit card and the amount charged was different than what I was told at the counter. If I go back I will definitely use cash and not waste my money on the baked goods.

This is the 2nd time Ive been to Urban Coffee Company. The staff is extremely professional, helpful and friendly. I feel welcome the minute I walk through their door. I paid $5.14 for a large, hot Mocha and it is yummy! It is made with 3 shots of expresso too. Urban Coffee is very conveniently located right off of the West End Rail Station. You get off of the train and Bam, there it is! Their coffee, pasties and drinks are every bit as good as Starbucks, which is NOT open on Sundays in downtown Dallas, Texas, but guess what? Urban Coffee is open on Sundays. Yeah! They have a cozy place to sit upstairs and also have tables outside to sit, relax with your friends and enjoy your purchase. I strongly recommend Urban Coffee. As a bonus, after so many purchases you earn a free drink! What more can you ask for!?

I went to get a breakfast sandwich yesterday and realized I didnt have enough money to get something else ( same day: 10 minutes after I left) and return the product untouched and the man at the front was very rude 😠 I qoute it not my fault you dont know what your buying he was in a hurry to rush me off and I did not get my refund I got a refund receipt email but never received my refund. WTF IM NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN.

Really nice coffee shop. Most importantly the coffee is great, and prepared with care.Lots of seating, Wi-Fi, ideal place to come and do some work. Especially on a weekday afternoon it was a really nice quiet atmosphere.

I always prefer local shopes over chains and Urban Blend exemplifies the reason why. Lots of space, a calm and happy energy surrounds the place, and the staff is amazing. I dont drink much coffee so I cant speak for it but I HIGHLY reccommend London Fog tea. Its Earl Grey tea with steamed milk and a hint of vanilla syrup. Forgo the syurp and add honey if you are health conscious but personally I just minimize the amount they put in and it tastes great. This will be my new favorite.
