Well more than 5 stars is more like it! Always clean, the staff is so friendly and really care about their customers. I will be a long time customer! Its nice to see service again from a store!

A great place of business. The store is always clean and the products on display always look great. So far everything Ive gotten has been amazing or worked extremely well and the employees seem to always have a nice and attentive attitude while also seeming laid back and relaxed. I have been going to Dallas Smoke Shop since summer of 2020 and I will say they have given me the chillest and kindest vibes out of any shop I have been to near the Salem area. I buy the timeless time smokes and theyre expensive here!! I was paying 50 a carton in Nevada and now Im in Oregon and theyre 70 to 75 dollars. Ouch

I get all my CBD products from here. They have the best selection that I have found. Staff is amazing especially the manager.

Great that the owner responded, but you still are out 10 bucks... Some of the cigars are good, but they won’t take them back if they are hard. Ok smoke shop but when a $10 dollar cigar is bad your out of luck...

Upset and disappointed. I gave this place 5/5 stars before, I was amazed and in love with this place, I gave them my business immensely and consistently. Ive bought 7 mod boxes, 7 atomizer, over 30 bottles of juice, 4 packs of 2 batteries, an oil rig, Ive spent over 1500 in this story EASY. I bought a two Geek Vape mod boxs today and the screen was all scuffed up and wont come off... the battery latch at the bottom is broken and doesnt work properly and it was 85 dollars WITHOUT an atomizer. One was sealed, the other was not... I was basically sold a used mod box it appears based on condition. I called to simply see if theyd work with me on replacing the one item for the exact same thing and I was told not only is there no return policy because they simply dont want to have one, and that the owner would be the only to be able to make that call... BUT THE OWNER DOESNT ALLOW THEM TO GIVE THEIR INFORMATION... They advised the owner rarely visits and pretty much doesnt like to deal with his customers from the sounds of it. I will not be giving them my business again if this is not fixed. Its their product, they got my money, its their job to fix selling me a broken product. I called 10 minutes after I bought it to inform them. They can sell me something broken and then completely dodge me? With no desire to fix it and Im not allowed to have the information of the one person who can? By losing me as a customer theyre losing a lot more of my money in the long run than theyd have lost simply exchanging it for the exact same thing 10 minutes after I bought it. So disappointed. The employees are great, but the owner, their policies and rules and their desire to not be engaged in helping the customers is absolutely awful. Please make this right, because as someone who spent 300+ dollars today alone, I deserve that. Id give 0/5 stars right now if I could, if you want somewhere that has no return policy even when its not your fault and no way to make it right, come to this smoke shop, if you want somewhere that guarantees its products, DO NOT come here. Its a beautiful shop with great employees, but awful when it comes to professionalism of actually making sure your products are working and NEW, and replacing their own mess up. Ive loved spending my money here, I loved coming here, but today I was done really wrong and nobody wants to help me. I dont want to see this happen to someone else. Id love to give this place 5/5 stars again but with what happened today and being left with spending 85 dollars on something clearly used and breaking it would be dishonest to do so. I hope the owner is able to see this so he knows he has customers who care, but they just want the same respect in return.

First time stopping buy and it was a great experience, great customer service and a unbelievable price range on glass pipes and glass accessories. I would definitely recommend this smoke shop and I’m definitely going back again to pick up more glass work.
