Very rude and passive aggressive. I came to replace a 4000 puff vape that didn’t even last 48 hours. Claimed to have a “no return policy”, but for one I wasn’t trying to return anything I just wanted to switch out the malfunctioned one for one that was working plus I frequent the 701 close to my home and I was trying out the one closer to my job so I know this is untrue. I was met with a lot of passive aggressiveness and inconsideration. If I wasn’t black I feel they would’ve been more helpful and considerate. They assumed I was lying and offered me TAX EXEMPTION off my NEXT purchase like spending more money with them made sense. I am very upset with my experience especially since I’ve never had an issue with the other store I frequent and I actually like the first guy I initially bought the vape from. Never again.

Me and my husband are from Memphis and here on vacation. We stopped in here for some disposable vapes drake was super super nice and helpful we will definitely be coming back here anytime we come back to Texas! Wonderful experience.

Live down the street and wanted to check this place out for all my rolling supplies. Lots to choose from but the deciding factor on if I would be a regular customer or not was the staff who helped me. Kat was phenomenal, kind, and helpful. She listened to my needs, showed me my options and was detailed in explaining them. She was very professional and courteous when speaking to me. Not your average vape shop. Will be back.

Great place I was patronizing another store closer to me in the oak Cliff area but I think Im going to move my business to this vape shop spoke to a guy named Jeff very informative when I went there he didnt upsell me he didnt down sell me he really cared about what I was was looking for he gave me a lot of comps as well as the negatives and positives to certain devices I ended up getting the Argus GT.... It goes up to 160 watts and he even told me youll never get that high but if you want to you can well lo and behold I can only take it up to 50 but still this device is awesome he was right on point speak to Jeff thats my dude

Bought vaporizer from here that would not charge. Called and explained that it had been used the one time it would work. Was told to bring it back to store where I was then told nothing they could do. I understand they had no idea unit was faulty I also understand they could not take it back as it had been used. Do not understand or appreciate my time being wasted with another trip to store when all was explained via phone. Will not be back again.

I went in just to check out the new location and walked out with this dope pendant. The lemon location is easy to get to and has a great selection of glass. I love that they support local artists and the 410 path was a blast. This is my absolute favorite smoke shop in all of Texas.

I had such an amazing experience here! I received a vape as a gift from a friend, but it was time to change the coil and for some reason, I was unable to remove the existing to do so(it was stuck). I stopped in for help, and Fabian took his time to remove and swap the coils for me. He was never concerned about whether or not the vape was purchased there or anything. He was simply helping a consumer in need. As a result, this is the only place I’ll patronize When I need supplies in the future. Fabian was pleasant, personable and professional.
