The variety in products is great, but the staff failed to comply with using a mask when I visited the store...She looked confused. It shows lack of concern for other peoples safety and a disregard to state COVID-19 compliance. Theirs other smoke shops, why risk it. The person behind the counter lacks knowledge in their own products. If you cant point me or tell me which glass is American or which is Chinese Im at the wrong Shop. Puff and Stuff is more knowledgeable of their products.

Just stopped in here the other day and there was an amazing selection of glass. The prices were good not over priced I didnt see to many name brand pieces but the quality of the pieces seemed to be up to par. The service was lacking a little bit but I I get that and would still come back.

They have a really good selection on all kinds of items love that bout this place. They have puff bars on clearance cuz I guess they r no good and all the vape liquid evaporates or leaks out. The deal was 2 puff bars for 20$. Didnt try em n store got home & only 1 of them worked and the 1 that did work only worked for bout 30hits. Keep n mind theses r suppose 2 b brand new took em outta packages myself. Guess thats y they possibly arent gonna carry em n e more and y they r on sale

3-D Smokeshop hands down the BEST in Dallas when I walked in I was greeted by Alex and I was impressed with his Knowledge and customer service skills. Alex and his team treated me like we was Child hood friends Catching up on old times. And he prices are not bad they are pretty reasonable to me because of this they have a customer for life!!!

Its got lots of products. Small limited collection of tobacco and cigarette tubes. Lot of head supplies. Vape batteries and supplies. Dab pens and incense burners. Tons of lighters and torches.

The guy who seems to be the owner has come out and helped me each of the 4 times Ive visited and he has never seemed more concerned with making a large sale more than hes seemed to care about my wants. Also hes been very knowledgeable and patient (Ive had a lot of questions)

Bought a 100$ Oil Rig and tried it out it was cracked by the stem. They told us to bring it back and found nothing wrong with it but they just didnt fill it with enough water so it didnt fill up to the Crack and leak. So there was a Crack which I had to fix at home with super glue.

I loved this shop, my favorite employee I believed was the owner cause he been up here so much kal switched me out with another in store vape before, and because I made a really bad purchase I needed this refund ...... the actual owner went ahead and fired one of his hard working employees which wasnt working atm quit frankly was the only reason I choose to come out to this shop, he created the environment he fired kal for the owner (himself) being involved in a return he choose to go ahead and accept on this day (Feb 20 Wednesday @ 5:25 pm)After meeting the owner a bald guy, this store doesnt hold the same energy you would want a smoke shop to hold.

Wow... We walk into the store, alot of inventory, and for machine made glass, not too terribly overpriced... But then the shop owner starts to tell my wife and I that he/they (the store) are associated with the cartel... out of nowhere.. Really dude? Must have been my piercings and fauxhawk that made him start telling me this stuff, lol. Then as I ask him about the machine made glass, and if they had a section of any hand made by specific artists, he tells me that machine made glass is superior because the thickness is consistent? LOL. Then he told me that local texas glass blowers suck... Do not go to this store, period.

Bought a vaporizer the ceramic attachment broke and they made me drive all over to be told that i have to go to Carrollton just to shut me up said he was positive they have one just like he said he was positive northwest had one i think it is easier and cheaper to just buy online

Shop owner talks about how a lot of Vision Spinner batteries are counterfeit (including the one I walked in with) so it sounds like he knows what hes talking about.The battery I bought here fell apart 2 HOURS after I bought it, Ive never seen anything like it, it looks like he builds them in the back.
