Took my laptop here, he diagnosed it and quoted me. I said no thank you. Later when I had the $600 saved, I took it somewhere else. The new place let me know that they weren’t able to fix it, not because of the water damage, but because the previous person had mishandled it, broken a few parts, and they even had several random screws missing. How freaking immature. He literally ruined my laptop because I decided not to get it fixed here. Seriously what a trash place.

I requested unlock account my ATT LG V 20Aug 3 2020. Owner said it will be done 30 minutte. But wasnt done 30 min. So I said come back tomorrow. Next day morning went to pick the pone. But phone is not ATT carrier.So I asked what happened?Owner said I did not knew that happen.So I said just make turn back ATT .Owner said ‘ Ok I will. Please come back tomorrow’ And I stop by next day but not fix yet. I called today need my phone back.Owner said ‘You pay $50 or leave phone shop’Owner is thief and liarI have never heard of this kind of nonsesnse.Where customer has pay for his mistake.Only here. Also he told me take him to court.Beware this repair service before request.Make sure who responds if owner doesnt fix right,,,If you looking for repair service this is it.If you looking for bad service this is it.If you looking for someone that’s not responsible service come here.If you want waist your money and time here.

Paid 32 to have my screen fixed. Guy didnt know what he was doing, had to return after new screen worked for only a hour . After going back to have to checked again he called the police on me because he wanted money for labor. Then he lied about a 25 $ labor fee on the contract (which is incorrect). I show the police that the contract said 25$ diagnosis fee and the guy clearly said he DID NOT diagnose the phone. The police did nothing and I left with only 7$ of my money and the old screen not properly put back on . moral of story, DO NOT GO HERE !!!

Gave them 1 sa R cause I had to! I bough a repair from Groupon & spent $65! I called this place about 20x and no one answers! I left voicemails & never received a callback! I drove 30 mins to get to this place since I had already bought the repair and the damn place wasn’t even open! Since there was an open sign that was on, I waited and went to Starbucks & a local restaurant and lasted almost 4 hours! The damn store still wasn’t open after all that time! Save your $ & time! Don’t come here for anything!

Unprofessional, got the job done but not without some minor damage to the functioning of the phone.Update: camera lens fell off? The camera is what was replaced. It was through insurance anyways, Ill just have to give it fixed somewhere else.

The manager is never there. The open sign is on but his lunch break sign stays in the window all day. He answers the phone and says he will be back in 20 mins but never shows up. He kept my phone for days without returning my calls. Place is horrible.
