I brought in my Gold Galaxy S7 for repair due to a cracked glass and LCD. Unfortunately they didnt have the screen in stock but could of had it in stock and repaired within 24-48 hours. Instead, since theyre very resourceful and innovative, they suggested using the White Galaxy S7 LCD assembly for repair and changing the back glass to white also for it to match at no extra charge. They went above and beyond, to say the least. So far the repair is holding up great. Thanks guys!

After getting my wifes phone fixed we have experienced another issue with the screen feedback not working and a woman on the phone was helpful and nice about it. Told us to bring it buy and they would figure out what the problem was the new screen. Great service.

I broke my phone while visit Dallas and I looked on google and found this place. I was a little skeptical and nervous about the area but IT WAD GREAT. Of Course I was going to leave a review. DO NOT GO!!! I will be also contacting the BBB. This place took $150.00 of my hard earn money. Im not sure of the material they are using but its cheap. I took my phone to them because it dropped and needed to be repaired... the screen had turning black. He told me $140.00 over the phone and when I arrived the price went up $10.00, okay no big deal. Next, I was told it would take 30 min and when I arrived I was told 40min. Okay... again no big deal. I picked the phone up and left. Next day I wake up, unable to navigate my phone and I called them. On the phone he tells me to bring it back in and they would take care of it. When I arrive he tells me its cracked. I did nothing to this phone. Let me remind you this is under 24hrs.... Yes!!! They simply did not care if they were not making money. I even thought about getting my lawyer involved but decided not to because of the amount. Trust me you are better off going someplace else. This place is full of Hispanic people who DO NOT CARE. They do not stand behind their cheap product. RUN RUN RUN!!!! Im not mad, Im disappointed.. Frist, the guy was being friendly. He was polite and understanding. BUT when their cheap material didnt fix my phone they blamed me and turned me around. My husband upgraded my phone on our plan but thats besides the point. Who has $150.00 to throw away? I dont and I sure as hell want my money back.

Great customer service!!! The screen repair took a few minutes and they included a glass screen protector for free. The location is great, I did not expect the place to look so amazing from inside but it is. I was handed a cup of water and there is plenty of seating area to wait. Very welcoming place, will definitely fix everything here from now on.

There may be plenty of competition but there is no comparison. When everyone else has no selection for a higher price they always have a large selection for far less. I made the mistake of not going here first and I wont do that again. Theyre, knowledgeable, friendly, and they stand behind their product. You wont be sorry

I called around to 4 other shops to see if they could fix my Note 3 same day and for pricing. No one but these guys had the part in stock and on top of that they only charged $35 to fix the charger port whereas everyone else I called charged $75-109 for the same fix. I was most pleased with their service!

Came in at 9am (time that it opens) waited until 9:20 for someone to arrive. Was pleased with the conversation with the young guy at the counter. Had my screen replaced and they bent my frame, so there is a gap that any moisture can get into, I can literally see the light from the LCD screen through the gap. Was told that a bent frame is a normal result of a screen replacement and the best that they could do for me was to put my old screen back on. Theres nothing worst that wasting someone time and being childish about it by saying, well if you dont like it. I can put your cracked screen back on. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. This is coming from a Google guide who values his reviews.

Not sure what kind of screen they repaired my 6S with, but since the day it was replaced, I have had issues. First, I cannot see the screen at all with my sunglasses on, which is an issue I was willing to get over; second, I can press on the phone in one area, and it will trigger a completely different area of the screen being pressed, causing the phone to spaz-out; third, sometimes the sensor and spazzing-out is so bad that I cannot even scroll through a social media app, and I end up restarting my phone. It gets worse everyday it seems like, and I only got the screen repaired a few weeks ago.

They told me that it was probably just dirty on the inside so they opened it up and cleaned it up and it worked.
