I visited on 12-29-2020, my V-20 LG bit the dust so Ezra there helped me get a new V-60 5G LG. Love the phone. Ezra did a great job setting things up and was very helpful and courteous. Kevin Lanza is the best wireless sales consultant we’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Ever! He’s so knowledgeable about service and product. We had no intention of purchasing phones when we came into his store and ended up buying over $4000 worth of products. I can’t begin to fully express what a wonderful experience he provided us. Avoid this store. I switched to Verizon partially because of the rebate they offered me for my phone. I was also promised a $200 gift card as part of the promotion. This was back in February and after countless calls with the store, and Corporate, I haven’t gotten the rebate or the gift card. They have told me multiple times that they would call me back and I have yet to hear back from them. Not only that, but Corporate said they never even received the phone. The only reason I’m giving them one star is to be able to leave this comment and inform others of how this store treats their customers.

If you want Excellent service go see Ashley. She’s the manager of this location and has excellent knowledge with dealing with any cellphone related problems you could ever occur. I’ve actually been dealing with Ashley since she started and have followed her thru a course of locations that she has managed. I saw a previous review of her not condoning dating outside of her race, and just wanted to point out that she actually has an interracial relationship with someone not of her race. I don’t know what that will help in your decision with deciding who to help you, but just a fun side note to the negativity I saw below. My phone started slowing down to the point I couldnt use it anymore. Brought it in to this location and the rep was able to make my phone work perfectly fine again. Bought a couple accessories and rep helped put the screen on, other locations charge for screen installations even after you buy from them. I give this store 5 stars. Will be coming back

Barry Dyer has gone above and beyond to help us set up our 3 new iPhones. He worked 3 extra hours to help us through the entire process. He represents excellence in customer service. Verizon should clone Barry if it was at all possible.😄 He is just outstanding and I highly recommend him.

Ive dealt with Katy Ricci for many years. She is as good as it gets in customer service. Katy handles both my personal and business accounts. Katy goes out of her way to make things happen. Most of my employees work on construction sites. When a phone is lost or broken, Katy is there to make sure that we have everything in place to get the phone replaced (almost) in the blink of an eye.She often checks with me to review our plan and make sure that we are getting the best deal possible, notifying me of specials, available upgrades, and just checking to make sure that our plan is the best match for our usage.Katy also helps me to choose the best phone for each of my employees, steering away from phones that may not be durable enough for a construction site, or may be too complicated for a technologically challenged employee.There is no problem to large or too small for Katy to tackle. Her favorite phrases are, We can take care of that and Let me see what I can do. She always finds a way to create a positive outcome for her clients. Katy is the ultimate customer service rep!

Dreaded the whole new phone/plan upgrade thing SO much after having the same phone and plan for 3 years. I decided to stop in at this Verizon store and was greeted immediately by Jacob who took care of EVERYTHING I needed. The process was lengthy, as I was getting a new phone on my parents plan and had a ton of information to transfer over to my new device, but he made the whole thing very personable and pleasant, which made the time pass so quickly. Everyone there was so friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend. Thanks for being so great, Jacob!

Ugh.......frustrating! They would rather keep your manufacturer rebates than to pass them along to you. I was quoted a price and not even 20 minutes later, I was offered the same phone with over $240 in rebates at a true Verizon corporate store.....not to mention excellent customer service and a good attitude. It was the same phone through the same company, with the same rebates available through all Verizon retailers. They would rather keep your rebates for themselves than to be an honest retailer. This is NOT just my experience with this retailer, I have been told by multiple people about their less than pleasant experiences with this authorized resort.

Katy really helped me out when I came in to switch services. She was able to save me money, get me a better phone, and a better service. She was very helpful and was able to answer all the questions I had for her and has a wonderful sense of humor. I dont know who I talked to today over the phone, but man that representative was not listening. I had a 10 minute conversation, where I asked pretty simple questions I like to believe (pertaining to trading in a phone, and account type question). Anyways the conversation was pointless, if you have a customer hand the phone to someone else, or let someone take care of your customer (if youre dealing with one). I know that I wont be dealing with this store at least if I come back to Verizon...

Walked into this store upset with T-Mobile because my bill was so high for poor service, but the kind man inside this store was able to provide me with the best help! I was kindly offered a great deal that saved me on my bill and get me into a new phone! Really satisfied with Verizon right now!

Buyer beware: this is not an official Verizon location but rather an indirect authorized retailer. If you change your plan in the store, they will have their own fees that are beyond official Verizon fees (for example $40 service fee per cell line). Call Verizon first and find out where their official locations are because this is not one of them. There is an official Verizon store at 5926 W. Northwest Hwy (Preston Center). Go there instead.

We came in to figure out why our bill was so high. Jason was really helpful and straightforward with us. He showed us that we were paying for devices we werent even using and helped us download an app to track our data usage. He also told me that I might be eligible for an employee discount! All in all, a great experience :)

I went in with low expectations to get a new phone on Saturday based on previous experience, but Jacob Nelson was a huge help. He was knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy, and gave us honest advice. He greeted us immediately when we walked in and we didnt have to wait. When me and my boyfriend left we were like wow, he was really nice. Just wanted to say thank you!
