Purchased a vehicle from this dealership, 24 hours later the motor blew up. The owner would not take responsibility so we had another dealership look at the vehicle. The oil in the car was tampered with and changed to a higher visocisty so it would hide the internal engine noises long enough to find a buyer, which unfortunately was me. These people are frauds, do not allow them to beat you out of your hard earned money. I spent $7500 on a car that lasted less than 24 hours. I just hung up with the owner, he said for me to sue him so thats what I will be doing now.

Love this place. Over the phone I was able to put a 300 hold on a car I was interested in. When I got to see the car on hold it was just no me. So I saw a 2015 Dodge Dart that was calling my name. The sales person was more than happy to give me the keys and check out the car. After cranking it up I was sold (not even a test drive). Took the car the next day to my mechanic that did a complete shake down of the car and every thing was so perfect . Great service

They sold me a 2012 Nissan with a bad transmission not even a week after buying the car the check engine light came on and it’s a $5,000 repair. They sold me a $10,000 lemon. I called to see if anything could be done and was told cars are sold as is and there’s nothing really they could do.

Had an interesting but overall pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle earlier this week. This is not the typical dealership.They were short staffed due to COVID-19 situation which was understandable. One of them showed us the vehicles we were interested in and discussed alternatives. We test drove a car, liked it and did the deal. I will definitely consider this dealership again when looking for another vehicle.

Bought a car from here today even though it took us a lot of time to trade my car. their selection was par none. Prices are set and not able to haggle the price so know what it says it what you will pay. Definitely a better experience here than other places! Give them a try for sure.

I bought a 2009 mitsubishi lancer for around $4000 and the guys here told me there was nothing wrong with the car, I drove off the lot with it, and almost immediately the engine oil light came on. I called this place and they told me to bring it back to have thier mechanic look at it. He told me that he cleaned the throttle body and thats all it needed. I drove it home without any real issues. Drove it for maybe a week or two before the car completely died on me and has been sitting since in my driveway. I didnt have the time nor the money to get it fixed. I just had to taken to a mechanic and they gave me a list of issues keeping the car from working that total nearly 6 thousand dollars. Thats 30% more in repairs then I actually paid for it to begin with. DO NOT BUY HERE

I am fairly new at buying a car, but I knew exactly what I wanted when I came in, due to COVID - 19, they had to change a lot of things, but still managed to squeeze us in on short notice. They let us test drive the vehicle and even encouraged us to go see other vehicles before settling. I purchased a used 2009 vehicle that runs perfectly, Ive had it for just over a month now and I couldnt be happier. Ross, our sales guy, was helpful and upfront and explained every little detail that I didnt understand. I got the best deal possible as well. Highly recommend. The windshield was dated and they offered to fix it for us when our plates came in. I went to pick it up last Friday and they had installed the windshield put on my plates and registration sticker. I am not a big fan of going to car dealerships or purchasing cars in general because of the often negative experiences dealing with sales reps, etc. I was lucky enough to have had a fantastic experience here at this dealership! Sales man was thorough and informative when I came in to test drive the specific vehicle I had been looking at for about a week. He explained all of the features and benefits and answered all of my questions. The transaction was pretty effortless and simple - they have done a great job at removing a lot of the fluff and its clear that they value transparency with the client. All paperwork was clearly explained to me and I felt confident that everything was straight forward.

I purchased a 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt for $2990 from here in March of 2019 and it started to have mechanical problems the first week I had it. I knew the car I bought was As Is but I did not expect to pay $1700 in repairs. I paid $500 to replace the brakes and $1200 for the outlet duct and to replace the radiator. I have every repair receipt with me. I trusted the dealer at first because I was open and honest with him. I told him I needed a reliable car but they turned out to be completely dishonest and a scam. I didnt expect to spend my whole income tax check to fix a vehicle I bought for almost $3000. I know I did not get a good deal at all and I called to tell them that butThey refused to reason with me because I notified them after I repaired my car. Ridiculous. I would never recommend anyone to buy a car from this company. Now, a mechanic rechecked everything on my vehicle and it needs a new engine which is $1800 for cost and labor because there is water in it from the air filter leaking water into the engine. So sad. I will be taking the dealer to small claims court to find out if I can get my money back for purchasing this scam vehicle. Good luck!

I normally dont write reviews but I had such a wonder experience at this dealer, Im going to take time out of my busy schedule to write this review. I found a BMW 535i online and called the dealership. I was greeted over the phone with a very proper way my a gentleman named Simon. I asked a few questions about the car and it was answered right away and when I saw the car, it was exactly what I saw online and every question I had about the car was all right on point! I highly highly recommend anyone looking for a great car at the right price and most importantly dealing with HONEST folks!

My experience buying a car thru Texas drive auto was great. But prior to even heading down there, I did my homework online. Found three vehicles I was interested in. Talked to a gentleman at the dealership about those vehicles, and he was able to give me some feed back on all 3 (slightly better pricing. A couple days later, I showed up, we talked some more numbers, and was able to come up with an agreement with my first choice, provided everything checked out with my vehicle inspection and test drive. Overall I am very happy and I recommend this dealership to anyone.

Called during business hours and nobody answered. They had a car I really wanted so i decided to drive out (45 minutes!) to take a look. Arrived during business hours, but nobody was in the office! We waited for an hour and nobody showed up. Unbelievable.The good news is they keep their vehicles unlocked so we were able to look at the car. It was filthy. Cant speak to the mechanical state but Im shocked they didnt even bother to get the car cleaned!We wont be coming back.

Came to view and test drive a nice looking BMW that I found on CarGurus. Was immediately asked Do you have cash? once I asked to test drive. When I replied Yes the guy looked at me and said You do? with a look on his face. These people are judgemental, and their business model is pathetic. Dont waste your time like I just did.

Please DO NOT PURCHASE a car from the place. I got a car and within a day check engine light came on .. within 7 days the Temperature light came on . Looked at tires but didn’t get to see the inside of them but after I got home realized tires have threads showing.. Within 15 days oil light came on.. I haven’t had the car 30 days now and all these things are just the tip of the iceberg. The owner refuses to do anything about any.. And told me he reported me to the Police for asking him to help with the repairs!! STAY AWAY!!!

I went there to purchase a cheap car. At least, the staff was straight forward, cool, even if I ended up nothing. You should know bit of cars, then this is a great place.

I drove 2 hours to see a van they advertised on their website and on Craigslist. The photos only showed the very best of the van. When I arrived, my contact, Ross, told me he didnt know anything about the van. There was no carpet or door panels. The locks were broken and the doors didnt open on the side or back. The tires were so bad, the steel belts were showing through on all 4 tires. There was no transmission fluid, the windshield was cracked in 5 places, and none of the rear seats were bolted down, they were loose in the back. It was filthy dirty. Avoid these people like the plague.

We purchased the 2008 Volkswagen Passat and was very satisfied when we drove off with the vehicle until we got home. At the dealership they were uncertain if the oil has been changed, which should have prompted a warning sign at this moment. Not only has the oil NOT been changed, but the car was due for a tune up which is very costly. Then later in the day we found out we needed a Full Body Throttle along with both O2 sensors costing us another 800.00 bucks. We are very disappointed in this type of service because it is expected the dealership do the basic maintenance check ups when selling used cars. At bare minimum, the oil change and the tune up should have been done automatically. What kind of dealership does not do this minor step. Now we understand the throttle will wear and tear after so many miles, but this dealership should have put this car on some type of diagnostics machine to ensure there were no issues. We do not feel they were very honest when selling this vehicle and are VERY disappointed. We will spread the word on this to all of our friends as we are not pleased.
