Ladies if you are looking to buy human hair, please stay away from this place. Their human hair is over priced and the quality is horrible. It started shedding only 2 weeks in.Only buy braided hair and synthetic from them. Also, the Chinese Lady in the store is very rude and condescending. She acts like she is doing you a favor while you giving her your money!👎🏽 I gave 2 stars because the men were courteous.

Didnt Have What I Wanted But Still Appreciate The Business.

They will follow you around the store pretending to straighten the shelves. Just ask me if I need help finding anything.. which i did.. itll make you staring at me as if Im going to steal anything less obvious. Just left and not coming back. Didnt have what I was looking for anyway.

Not really my most frequented place (clearly), but I usually tag along here with my girlfriend when shes ready for her next hairstyle. Its a pretty good sized establishment, and remarkably clean and well kept inside. Anytime she has questions there is always someone there to help her, and the young girl that works the counter is always very polite. They dont always have everything she needs, but I understand why she comes here first before anywhere else!

Have what i need. Not too overwhelmed with stuff. Some beauty supply stores have too much stuff. But this one just enough.....almost too much. But you can survive and wont feel overwhelmed.

Nice staff, usually up on trends and if something isnt there, they will order it. Surprisingly, they have various styles of hair jewlery unlike the other surrounding beauty supply stores. They also can help by giving you an estimate of how many bags of hair are typically bought based on the hairstyle youre aiming to achieve. They are open Monday - Sunday and the only reason I am leaving 4 stars is because I wish there was a little more variety of certain hair.

Way too over priced the beauty supply down the road has the same wigs for a way cheaper price. They are also not very helpful.

Very clean and organized store. Wig, barrettes, head scarves, wave caps, brushes, combs, gel, perms, hair dye, etc. Youre looking for it they have it!

Nice friendly workers

No matter how many times I came into this location, they make me feel uncomfortable. The store has a 7 day return policy as long as you have the receipt. I came in to return products that I was not going to be able to use within the time frame of the policy. The older lady first tried to find every reason not to accept the return. Her first reason was that I was sold a color 1 instead of 1B hair. She then scanned the product and realized that excuse was not going to work. She got upset and complained and told me that it was the last time she would take a return from me. This was my vary first time making a return, also my last time shopping here. She was so rude to me I couldnt believe the way that I was being treated as a customer. This store should be BOYCOTTED.In previous experiences, watchful eyes were always present and staff members lingered closely. The rewards program is useless, and they use it for unwanted cell phone marketing. Ive found a new hair store that treats me with kindness and respect.

It has a lot of supplies and the staff allowed me to take my time without making me feel like a criminal in the works. Thats a plus. They simply need more ethnic products for ethnic people. Not necessarily the popular stuff, but the proper stuff. If I can find such products/ingredients in YouTube, then they should be all over it. Take care of your customers and theyll take care of you.

They only care about selling their products. Whether you are satisfied with it, is none of their business. Just get it and pay. You have 0 hours to change your mind once you leave the store. So think twice before you make any purchase because it will most likely be final.

I love this place. The staff here are sooooo friendly. If you cant find what you need, they will go in the back and see if they have the product, and if they dont, they will help you with other suggestions. I love this store. Also this hair store is open on Sundays, which to me is a major plus. Most hair store usually arent open on Sunday.

The staff was very knowledgeable and assisted me in finding the best hair color products for me. I will return here when I dont mind spending a bit Moor on products. However the other Beauty Supply stores tend to have much better pricing with a wider array of products.

Go to a different beauty supply store. The one off of Trinity Mills is actually better than this one. I was literally at the store 24 hours before. They didnt give meme receipt but then wont exchange anaitwm n wh it was their fault that they didnt give me a receipt. Poor customer service. Will never go here again. Go to a black owned hair supply store if you can or at least one with black staff.

Large selection but the customer service in the wig department needs work. The woman that works in that section of the store is not welcoming and gives off the impression that you are bothering her by looking at the many options they have. She was standoffish on my first visit. The store is really close to me so it’s convenient to go there but her attitude alone makes me consider driving farther for better service. The other staff is friendly but this one employee brings the store down

I will not be visiting this store again. They sold me product that came in a set. When I got it home, one of the items were missing. I went back several times to exchange it or return it but none of the sales people can initiate a return without the male manager onsite. About the third time I went in one of the sales people took my name and phone number and said they would call me when the item that was missing came in but its be about a month now and no one has called. Needless to say, I am disappointed. Its a nice store with tons of product, but I can find what I need elsewhere.

First time there today. The store was amazing. So big. So nice. Great selection......Then they said there was a 3 try-on max for wigs. Really? Why? Oh I get it, you want our money, but dont spend too much time there? Very unfortunate. Ill never spend a dime there.

They offer many variety of wig options and they have a employee to help you try on wigs. They have a vast variety of make up and all reasonable priced. I bought 2 clip Im pony tails and some free hair and they have maintained pretty well so far. I wish they offered more hair care products.

I like it here but you got to be careful they are quick to talk you into buying something and its not a look ways what they say. I tried on a wig which can curl with a curling iron for $60 But the one they gave me to take home was not curl safe and they dont exchange nor return.

I like the prices, variety of products and customer service. However, on this day, I did feel like we were being followed in the store, and not just for assistance but, to be watched while we were shopping. It made me feel a little uncomfortable. (This was an isolated incident). Never had this happen in the years that Ive been shopping here. Hopefully, it wont happen again.

This place has a lot of hair to choose from. And the makeup selection is pretty nice also. You can find some online only items here but at a premium.

Has everything I need, theyre helpful when I need to call/inquire about specific brand availabilities or wigs, and have an overall nice selection of products!

I love this store because i love to buy the weave hair for doll rerooting and such. Its not bad if you are starting out working on such projects. Also the amount of hair you get is enough to reroot around 5 or more Barbie size doll heads per pack. The only complaint I have is there isnt a wide selection of hair colors and the people that run the place can get a little rude. Other than that its a nice place to shop for doll hair on a low budget :)

I cant find any stores in Dallas with a good selection of hair colors...like pinks,purples, deep blues, different shades of red. I have to keep looking but this store had alot of wigs

I would like to see more Black owned businesses, because when you have to follow your customers around constantly, you dont need to be in this business!I know that people steal and make it hard for the honest ones, however, there are cameras all over the store and someones always watching them!

Moved from Arlington & didn’t feel like driving to my normal beauty supply store, so I gave Sassy’s a try. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my entire life. For starters, I wasn’t greeted when I walked into the store, although there was a worker who looked directly at me. & then to make matters worse, who I thought were other customers starring & following me through the aisles, turned out to be the staff.I don’t know if they thought I was going to stack wigs on top of my head & walk out, but I’m no thief & it was unnecessary to stalk me like a prey.Def my first & last time visiting that store.& lastly, to all my sistas: we need to open our own beauty supply stores, so we don’t have to worry about being stereotyped. Because after all, our black dollars are what’s keeping their lights on!

Treat their employees horrible! Lack of management. As an employee, loved my job duties and the customers but owner very disrespectful and unprofessional! Work long shifts with no breaks at minimum wage. Sold tons of high priced wigs only to receive initially no commission.(Eventually it was set to a $1/wig that was $50and up). Numerous employee complaints!

I shopped at this store for a few months now and I was so happy to have a different place to go from the one was going to for almost 10 years and just hated that store, anyway this place gave coupons and were more knowledgeable about their products it seemed but now I think it was all sales skim they have no idea what they sell you cant even ask a question but their prices are sky high.
