Make sure you check the wig box before you buy. I went into the store, just two days ago. I saw a display wig that I liked but wanted the wig in a color closer to my own hair. The women working there brought me the wig, but would not open it or allow me to see it. I spent 62 dollars on this wig, full price. I took the wig home, and when I took it out of the box, the hair was styled in 4 pig tails. I thought this was strange, but since the display wigs looked like this, I initially assumed that this was how the wig came. I felt the hair and the ends were stripped like synthetic wigs tend to do after awhile of use. So, I decided to watch a few unboxing tutorils on YouTube to see how the wig looks upon unboxing. Turns out, every wig online came out of the box unstyled and the hair is a silky texture. I realized that my wig was once a display wig passed as a brand new unboxed wig. This wig had been tried on by many others and manipulated. I took the wig back the next morning, less than 24 hours after I bought the wig. The manager not only admitted to giving me a display wig and hiding this information, but she refused to refund or exchange it. She pointed to a sign, which I did not see and was not made aware of when I purchased my wig. Now, I am stuck with a used unsanitary wig, that looks every bit used, and she got 62 dollars to get rid of an old display wig. I have been robbed. If I could give no stars, I would.
