Great selections, really neat and clean, but the male employees are not helpful and acted as of they were being bothered when you ask a question. One young gentleman with blondish-dyed hair was an exception....he was nice. The other 3 or 4 gentlemen...not so much. Prices were fair. I may possibly shop there again, but they certainly should be more helpful.

I always come here and get what I need with no problem. Their prices are really good compared to most beauty supply houses.

Price good selection good...why 3 stars? cause they are not friendly and they look at you with suspension, looking around checking out what they have is not a good idea unless you want to be followed....every one is silent. But hey I came for products not conversation with friends so I am adding one more start there....

This beauty supply have some decent wigs the only problem is who wants to invest in a wig you cant even try on.They need to figure out a technique so those wigs can sale up in there, because I wanted to buy one but no thank you!

They have a wonderful selection. Lacks quality customer service. Impatient and curt with their customers- older asian lady is very rude.Also..when they sell the demo wig when its the last one...they offer NO discount for buying the display wig. Other places offer 10 or 15 percent off. Not these guys.

I have not had a bad shopping experience yet. NO store that I visit has everything I need so I cant say they are bad because they didnt have a product. They are polite and helpful to me. They have even suggested product for my natural hair that I have loved and still use. On my way there today as soon as they open.

They were very rude & aggressive about wearing a mask. I damn sure wont be coming back.

Nice Customer Service! they even usually give their Customers a free gift of beauty products. For over ten years, Ebony Super Store [beauty supply store] have been tremendously satisfactory towards all of their Customers, (except for those couple of hard to please patrons.....well, its hard to please everyone).

This beauty supply has everything you need and the staff is nice and knowledgeable. When going to a beauty supply in Dallas this is my first choice, because I am familiar not only with the area but where everything is within the store. Some of the other beauty supply houses or much smaller or either too big. This location actually years ago used to be a CVS Pharmacy. So if you know the size of a CVS then you know exactly what youre dealing with were going to this beauty supply house. The items are very reasonable when being compared to other items at other stores.

I say help myself you dont know me by now I got to let you know how good God is. Today is a brand new day for the all. We cant go back yesterday now so it is the pass and tomorrow we dont know. In these days of time we need to thank God cuz life is so short these days. But I cant say we have a good God the Love of All. Happy New Year to everyone :-) I am new to the community I have passed by this Beauty Supply a couple of times I want to go buy two weeks ago but I didnt make it I was very busy. So I decided to go by last weekend and I was very amazed of all the girly things that they had inside. They was well stocked in there and what they merchandise and also very friendly when you walk in it is a gentleman as sub door sitting high up not too high but just a little bit. He greeted me I told him it was my first time in the shop. They have some really neat face masks. And they was at a decent prices. I got a lease 6 face mask I could not help myself they was so cute. Everything that I wanted to buy myself and others I was well satisfied. The only way you going to really find out is go there and give them a try and I bet by you going by you will be very satisfied. They didnt put my closure in my bag i drove my lady all the way from another state to get her hair done we stopped here and they never put her closure in the bag she had to get a whole different hair style. Pay attention know what your customer is getting and making sure to go the extra mile to check that everything comes with their order is a small detail but makes a big difference.

Ebony Super Store is the place to go if you want a good deal and want the deal to be good. I mean its tax season, all kinds of sales going on. I got a full lacefront all natural wig half of $70 instead of $180! Yes, thats whats up! And you know men, woman and children need all types of hair, nails and accessories, however, this place keeps the customers moving. Note to self: dont forget to stop by Ebony before the weekend! Aye! Stay ready so you dont have to get ready. By the way, daylight savings means they close at dusk ... Oh well ... It is what it is ... Im out!

Great variety of beauty and hair care products as well as hair accessories. They also have shades, earrings, purses, leggings... you name it. They have good prices on human hair as well as synthetic. There is always some type of sell going on. They also have vanity rooms where you can try on wigs. The staff is very helpful. There is a mega beauty supply not too far away but I prefer Ebony’s. They will get you in and out without the mega store line. I would definitely recommend. They sell products for all ethnicities.

It has an ample supply of braid hair. All kinds & all colors of hair. Reasonablely prices also. Very kind, polite, and yes, they observe the mask mandate.

Be advised..if there is a sale get there early and first...they will modify the sale as More customers purchase sale items. Example suddenly set a limit to the quantity you may buy. Also Taking down sale signs so you dont notice the sale. I witnessed both during my first and provably last visit. Speaks to the old saying you pay for what you get. While there prices and selection are nice there attitude was not particularly the cashiers. The young lady working in the lace front/wig section was very pleasant however. She is the only reason I spent ant money and I wasnt even buying a lace front. If you skip the customer service you can save here I must admit.

Not a huge fan of bad customer service. Now the when I arrived to the check out line, no one was in line except myself. So I made eye contact with a male (probably one of the owners) and he just walked off. 👁👁 RUDE!!!! So another checker helped me and she was very pleasant, professional and even made mention of him walking off. So thank you to the young lady that helped me. Ill find somewhere else to spend my money.
