Quite frankly it’s clear that instead of taking responsibility as a business owner, you pass off a bad review as questionable. Her name is Gabriella (Gaby) and the purchase was made on Sept. 24 around 4:00pm. She came in with her son who had to use the restroom, so she took him. Do you remember now?? And my presence is irrelevant if the product wasn’t good. Another reputable stylist referred me to your business. I’ve never bought from you because I supply hair for my clients if they don’t bring their own.And since the length she needed I didn’t have in stock. We needed something local. DHair Boutique and Yummy didn’t have it in stock, so I sent her to your store because I was booked and didn’t have the time to commute. Writing out 20” and putting 22” but they both were the same length. If you prefer I call your store or stop by I will be more than happy to do that. As I have no reason to lie about a review or sabotage anyone’s business. What would I have to gain from that? Lesson learned! I wasn’t going to leave a review at all, until the bad experience with coloring this week.Original Review:I am so disappointed with the quality of the hair. I referred my client here since I didn’t have her lengths in stock. We wanted to show support for a localbusiness and we both are licensed stylists. First off, the price online is not what she paid in store. And supposedly she was getting a discount for Raw hair. She didn’t stress about the price because she wanted the hair for her birthday. Despite the owner being rude and rushing her because she was undecided on what to purchase. It was pretty at install, but the lengths seem to be shorter than what she paid for. One bundle in particular had the inches changed on the label. My client had gone to the restroom during her purchase. So this wasn’t noticed until she got to the salon. I’m not here to bash anyone or their business, but this is unacceptable. Not to mention, after wearing it for a few weeks my client decided she wanted to add color. Big mistake!! Luckily a strand test was done only on the end. 30volume developer with olaplex and no over-processing and the hair just broke off. As I mentioned we both are stylists and know what we are doing. The hair is mixed cause all the pieces didn’t lighten. Luckily my client is a friend.Because if she wasn’t, this would’ve reflected poorly on me for referring her. Buyer beware!

I asked myself if it was even worth reviewing this company as any negative review written here, the owner clearly comes back making it all the customers fault. I have gotten hair here before years ago and it was good quality. But I’m sure this owner has changed vendors trying to save money and the hair is trash. Even the “top of the line” hair doesn’t lighten well even being professionally done. It’s sad that she doesn’t take responsibility or constructive criticism well.But buyer beware. Save your time, money, and go elsewhere. It’s not worth it!! And watch her come for me like she came for everyone else who left an honest review. 🤦🏽‍♀️

If I could give it a zero I would! My experience wasn’t a good one at all and it was very in business like from beginning to end! I’m sure that the raw hair I paid for was bad hair! The owner tried to convince me after one day of wearing the hair that it was just dry and to bring it back so she could fix it. I never asked for money back, I had a calm demeanor and everything not only did the owner Ms.Purnell question why I didn’t have the hair neat, I informed her that I was a stylist and had to get that out of my hair immediately! MY CLIENTS WILL LAUGH AT ME! She then began to insult me be questioning the legitimacy of my hair license but began to question me about having a social media Instagram account to validate me being a real hairstylist. She told me to come pick the hair up the Monday after Mother’s Day anytime because she would be there all day as if I didn’t want to wear my $527 hair that I had purchased less than a week ago that weekend! Nevertheless I left the hair with her only to receive calls from her daughter about the business I had tended to with her earlier, which was completely uncomfortable, unprofessional and just tacky to say the least! When I returned on Monday she informed me that she wasn’t available and to come back Tuesday. I come back Tuesday to get my hair to see she only washed it with a $6 silicone whatever, and of course the daughter she had call me who doesn’t work for the company is there too! How convenient! I take the hair after she gives this long spew about the hair only to go to my salon and color the hair for it to be DRY, BRITTLE AND TANGLED! You would be better off getting beauty supply hair! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS HAIR TO MY WORST ENEMY. The saddest part is when you try to give people the benefit of the doubt and they try and make you out to be wrong when they know they’re wrong and they’re product was terrible!

I am not from Dallas and the search for quality hair has been a hassle. Ms. Laura was very sweet & knowledgeable about any questions that I had. I bleached the hair that I purchased... after washing & conditioning, it is still soft & didnt shed. This is definitely good, quality hair. I will be back to shop in the future. Great customer service, I ordered hair for both my daughters, on Monday before Thanksgiving, my girls needed to get their hair done on Wednesday, I spoke with the owner Laura, she said she was out of town, but that she would have her employees mail it out the same day and that the hair would arrive before my daughters appointment on Wednesday, and she delivered on her promise, both my daughters are very happy with the hair, and we will always get their hair from this company, because of the quality and the fast shipping. Thank you Ms. Laura, you have gained a loyal customer.

The hair I bought was absolutely amazing!! The texture is soft and has not tangled. I’m not experiencing any shedding. The hair also requires minimal product to produce beautiful lasting waves. My experience dealing with this company was amazing. The customer service was very friendly and super informative, they really walked me through getting the proper hair for me. The shipping was timely, I received my hair in 3 days. But the overall best part is the quality of the hair I received. It is perfect! No shedding, its so silky and healthy. You can really tell its 100% real hair. This is by far the best hair Ive ever had. They truly set the standard for hair extensions.

I purchased the kinky Curly hair in October for a Birthday look I was trying to achieve... well that went quickly out the door. Laura the owner of this hair boutique recommended Celondra Lewis as a skilled and licensed hair stylist to make a u-part wig with the kinky curly hair I purchased. On the website regarding kinky Curly hair it clearly states the hair can be colored and bleached and I read this information before going into the store. I set everything up with Celondra and had my appointment set... the day of the appointment I get a text from Celondra saying the hair isnt taking the color... Im like why not? It clearly says on the website the hair can be colored!!! I contacted Laura and so did Celondra regarding the hair she said well I told her the hair couldnt be colored! No thats not the information I was given because we never talked about coloring the hair or what I wanted to do with the hair! Laura has switched vendors because of COVID-19 this new hair is not good quality hair and can not be colored at all. Laura and Celondra are refusing to give my money back and havent rendered any services at all. Ive filled charges against Laura Purnell and Celondra Lewis for fraud and theft of services. Customer beware of this company... its not the same vendor and she has failed to provide that information.

The hair curls and straightens very nicely, even my stylist was impressed by the quality. I ordered the hair. I was so tired of keep buying that “virgin” hair from vendors like AliExpress, Mayven, and etc. The owner literally spent about 45min to an hour explaining... what I have been buying(not real virgin hair) and explained what real virgin hair is. She was patient and awesome customer service.Even offered a temporary closure. I received the hair under three days and I have to say.... it is the truth. No scent, no gray/white hairs, no tangle. I am very pleased!

Love my hair!! Hair was of great quality, my curls were soft and shiny and also it did not frizz throughout the day! I made it into a wig which I wore for 3 months and only took it off to get some braids for the summer it will definitely be brought back in another month.

I absolutely love the hair. The curls are so pretty and I received many compliments on it. However, I ordered a closure to go with my bundles a few months ago, and it was way too small for my head. I still need another closure, so Ill just go in person instead of ordering.

Wow, this lady is unprofessional. Calling customers with bad experiences demons. Why would someone lie about getting bad hair and being scammed? If they are happy with the hair there will be NO bad reviews from the person. Horrible hair and customer service! Won’t be back. You don’t steal money, sell bad hair, then disrespect customers who have spent money there! God don’t like ugly! I purchased the natural curl...its extremely soft and wavy. It tolerates washing pretty good; though it does lose about 30% of its wave volume after washing. I am reusing my hair right now and I still love even though the waves have gotten a bit straighter. Its still noticeable that the hair is high quality.

Youd be better off buying hair from the clearance box at the beauty supply instead of this trash. Smh. Dont waste your time or money. You may get to use the hair here for 3 weeks if you make it into a wig, take it off and let it rest every two hours and dont let it blow in the wind.

Real Indian has the BEST VIRGIN INDIAN HAIR I have ever had in my life. I get my weave done every month and I have used the same three bundles of their Virgin Natural Curl Indian Hair for each install for the last year! I have had no shedding and my bundles are still just as full now as they were when I first purchased them. The customer service is great and I will forever only wear Real Indian Hair. 🙌🏾

Wow! There is a group made for women who have been bamboozled with hair from here. We all will be writing reviews. Quit blaiming bad buisness on Jennifer Freeman we all have gotten hair from rie hair boutique and while some were better than others, most feel the hair was not virgin hair at all. One dyed the hair and it burned off like synthetic. One mentioned, a few mentioned dryness and brittlness. We all will be reporting to Google and the better buisness bureau.

Omg! Got this hair spent hundreds of dollars and it was definitely a waste!!! I even sent a message on Instagram to them and sent pictures no response...I will not purchase again!!!Im very real and have a receipt and pictures to prove it!!! Like I said this hair is trash!!!!

I usually order my hair from a Houston company but due to being so pressed for time I’ve had this hair in my head since nov 2 this I’ve washed it once although I feel as the customer service was just ok the only concern is I definely did not get 3.5 per bundle although it was weighed at the store nothing was labeled hair/inches or weighed due to me being in a rush I purchased the hair and left 3 bundles 2 of which was only 3.0 and the other 3.3 the website clearly states 3.5 I will never be in a rush again over all The Hair is decent and can be worn again there is other hair there that is a much better grade good luck on your purchase

I always look at reviews before purchasing hair due to scams. I must say, after looking at the reviews, the customer service here seems to be unprofessional and unacceptable. Will not shop here. I cant imagine what the hair is like with that type of bad mouthing and arguing with customers
