100% the worst of the locations! For sure a bunch of rude employees with bad attitudes! This is independently owned and they price gauge! Might as well not have a license for the prices they charge at this one location. I avoid this location if at ALL possible, every time I go here I feel sick over the prices when I check out. Every single item is marked up 25% or higher compared to other locations! Have only been here a few times and will just go the extra few miles to a different location moving forward.

After spending my hour lunch break trying to get trying to get there and get back to work and find parking I was not able to find parking and I was not able to get much needed product. You all have got to figure something out with parking .that was the 1st last and only time Ive ever been there and I would never go there again...

I just left this location and I am completely in shock of how they run things here. I walked in and no one spoke to me. No one offered to see if I needed help with anything. A minute later a Caucasian woman walked in and everyone cheerfully spoke to her. They even came from around the corner to see if she needed help and walked around the entire store with her. Another 10 minutes later another Caucasian woman came in and again they cheerfully spoke to her and came around the corner to offer her help with whatever she needed. I was still in the store a few more minutes and still no one tried to assist me. No one said hello to me until I got to the register to checkout. I believe everyone should receive the same level of courtesy if we are all coming into an establishment to spend money. My money spends just as well as theirs. It’s safe to say I will never be returning to this location again. The locations in Denton and Frisco are much more professional and courteous.

Stylists spend lots of money on supplies and you cant afford to have public restrooms or hire polite people behind the counter. I felt disrespected by not being allowed to use the restroom as if its 1940.

Armstrong McCall Professional Beauty Supply is located on the access road of 75 right off of Knox Henderson. Its the place to go if you have an esthetician or cosmetology license to get the latest and greatest products for beauty and hair care. Its small enough that you can walk through the entire store and just a few minutes, but has enough variety that any special needs hair or skin care can be satisfied. The staff there is very courteous and helpful and can answer any of your questions. They have a catalog that offers monthly specials and promotions. Ive been shopping there for over a decade and never had any problems with products or staff.

Love this Armstrong! I have been going here for years. They have the best selection of any that I have seen. They always keep everything in stock.

Can I just tell u ..that this place is the greatest and all the people that work there are fabulous people..who my favorite out of the bunch is....Brenda and Brittany!! Love them and love the way they are so nice and helpful;)

I thought I left a review already, but I guess I havent! Every time I call, Chris ( I believe) always answers & patiently helps me. The ladies are very sweet as well. Checkout is also very speedy, which is great when you have a toddler or are on the go. Very refreshing to be around good customer service. Parking is the only frustrating thing, just sometimes.

Best location in town by far! None of the others Ive been to have hair color swatches displayed properly. This location is easiest to shop and staff are very knowledgeable and patient.

I have traded with Armstrong McCall for years and have always been very clear about my license. Today I was told they do not want my business. I assume I am only one of many they have decided to turn away. It is their decision, I do not buy a lot from them so my business is of no interest. When they look at the bottom line once they have stopped those of us who have been trading with them for years they may feel different but I will move on. We all.make choices they are not all good ones.

The Denton location is anything BUT professional. I am a frequent shopper in AM lovationsand to say the least, my experiences at this particular location had been HORRIBLE. Mara had the WORST customer service I’ve ever encountered. The 1st encounter I had with her was a month ago (September 7th) when I was looking for Sebastian products for a client. I first searched for it myself and after I could not find it, I asked her for help. She gave me an “aisle” number to check for it AFTER I had gone up and down each aisle myself already. So, I went to the aisle and again, did not see it and asked her again if she could show me. She mouths off and says “its there” instead of helping me and I asked her if she could show me and she did with attitude of course.Today, Oct 1st, I go into the store quickly before closing for color and bleach and developer. As I am at the counter, I see Mara pushing a cart away with what looks like gifts sets of bleach and developer (exactly what I came for) so I ask her “excuse me is that for sale”? She looks at me and turns away so I ask again, little did I know that was going to raise her voice and YELL it to me saying “YES”!! I was so livid and upset. She is the rudest person I have ever met and I don’t know her personally but you’d think I did. I was told to leave her store as if I am not a customer and she wouldnt give me her name. Customer Service is very important and she needs a new job because this position doesnt suit her. I will NEVER return to this location as long as she is employed there.

Great customer service

Pathetic customer service. I ordered a blade from them and they never called me back about it. Then I purchase a bottle of dry shampoo that is defective and half the bottle oozes out after I use it and then it wont spray at all. They look at me like Im trying to scam them! Rolling theyre eyes they say they can only give me half credit! Look Im not one to post a bad review but I spend HUNDREDS of dollars there every year and they cant even give me a full credit??? Ill go out of my way NOT to shop there again.

Convenient and good customer service. Will recommend to friends. Only downfall is they close early on Saturdays.

Wow! Service from the employees here is awful! If you didn’t want people to ask you questions then why are you working here. Go to the Carrollton location. The blonde at this place is rude. You’re supposed to help clients when they have questions not act like it’s an inconvenience.
