This place is okay I go there quite often they really need to upgrade the outside, paint the store, put up lights to give an interest to the store but overall they are pretty good.

I know David very well he is the owner. Pretty cool guy. The store is full of beauty items he keeps it pretty fresh in there and when I mean fresh meaning he keeps trying items in there until they work. Ask for Nicole she can pretty much tell you anything thats in the store she does lashes and great hair. She can hook you up with an awesome lace front.

I purchased items and was over charged for $90, when my total was $60. It was during a busy time and the cashier was overly occupied. I came back inside to have my items rung up again and the original cashier didnt want to properly charge me. So i asked for a full refund. I think he took advantage of me in a busy moment!

Arrived an hour b4 closing. found a wig. walkd to the cashier & told him what I wanted. He told me to hold on a sec while he was on his phone. when he finally decided to get up, he got to the end of the counter &tried to help some1 else 1st. she didnt need any help. he then got to the next counter &tried to help another group of ppl. they hadnt decided wht they wanted yet either. I ended up leaving. the cashier was very unprofessional &dismissive of customers.. I will not return I dont care how late they stay open #FOH

I thought I found the perfect spot to get quality hair but I WAS TOTALLY WRONG! Spent $200 on hair ( one purchase ) and the hair died in 48hrs. No heat, no water, no oils, NOTHING has been put in the hair! The manager stated there’s nothing he can do and he couldn’t continue the call because he had a line!

The owner David been careless My Aunt been tested positive for Covid19 after she went his store and that was the only place she visited so i went to tell the owner so he can at least clean his store and warn his customers to avoid them get infected but he didnt care whats so ever . The big problem that he offered me 50 dollars to not tell anybody about my aunt and thats shows he only care about money not customers life

Lady was rude....... I arrived 30min before closing asked for help looking for some braiding hair.. She act like it was a problem so I told her not to worry, so I text my stylist to get the type of hair.... She texting slow .....so now its like 15 till close....I can hear her from a distance saying they need to hurry up.... I laughed it off.... She says something else I ignored her.... Then she says the cash register gonna lock up..... Me looking at her say this while 5 other people walking in and she steady rushing me so... I just left....... Like bro you chose to work at a beauty supply house so do your job description and assist.

The guy was very nice

Its 8:08 and they havent opened. This is my 2nd visit where they didnt open on time. I come here due to the 8:00 am open time. I called yesterday to verify the hours. Should probably change your opening hours to 8:30 am if its too much of a hassle to open on time.
