I found this salon after searching and searching in the Dallas are for someone to do my micro links. I found the owner and it was a divine appointment. She is very professional and knowledgeable of all hair types. Her warm friendliness and beautiful smile made me feel so comfortable. She was on time and the salon is clean and everyone is professional. I love the diversity of people who work there and those who patronize. Her assistant is the kindest soul. I have tears in my eyes because my hair is what gives me confidence and as a child my hair was never done. So I’m really serious about my hair. She made me feel so great and I love my hair! I’m in town for work. And I popped a couple of extensions. I was freaking out as I don’t know how long I’ll be here and didn’t want to have to take the extensions out. I Googled hair extensions and came across this place and called. Monique answered and I told her my issue. She had me come in a few hours later to look at my hair. And she secured it! SO very grateful for her sweet and accommodating self!

Wheww... where do I start? I almost feel bad writing this because Monique was very nice and sweet however I’ve experienced major concerns throughout my 3 encounters with her (the consultation, the first appointment, and the second appointment where I didn’t receive service at all).I’ll preface this by saying that I have a pennyish copper hair color and about 3B/C hair natural hair type .During the consult she wasn’t enthusiastic about any of the request I wanted her to do on my hair .I wanted a big color change as I’ve never colored my hair all my life and I wanted to add extensions. She didn’t want to do either of those things so she recommended that I start with highlights, let my hair breathe and see what I’d like to do after . I was upset that she didn’t plan for what I asked but I thought her counter was fair and probably based in more hair experience than I have.The first appointment is booked and she didn’t start for 2 hours after my appointment. I missed dinner reservations that night simply for highlights and a blow out . Although the highlight were WONDERFULLY placed, the toning was very off. My hair was almost looking platinum when I wanted honey. She didn’t have the products to create the color I desired and toned it several times in one session. It was also unfortunate that my hair wasn’t the result of a good silk press. I literally went home to straighten my own hair over again . At the end of the appointment we agreed on what type of extensions she was going to order and what the process would look like for the next appointment.Within a couple days of service I book my second appointment 3-4 weeks out to add the extensions. I confirmed multiple times that I was coming for my appointment . I arrive and it’s clear that she was not going to be ready on time for my appointment . She then asks me “what are we doing today” as if there wasn’t a plan and the appointment was booked for extensions.She didn’t even have the extensions ordered!!!!!!She didn’t want to try and recolor or tone my hair. Then proceeds to make multiple comments about how thick my hair is and how much work it is going to be. I ultimately just left and said I’ll blow out my own hair..I’ve already gotten the impression that she doesn’t like to work with natural hair with curl types past 3B. I’m awfully disappointed since I was prepared to pay her well for the major transformation I was expecting but either she didn’t want to do it or really just dropped the ball but either way it hasn’t been a great experience at all.I kept being advised to try Ericka Smarthair On IG and I’ve booked a consult with her. So if anyone has a similar experience- that’s my recommendation.

Her hair quality is the best and her technique has me looking better than ever before -so natural, no clumping, and you cant even tell I have extensions because the hair is so fine and done in smaller sections than many places! Ive been going to Monique for years now. She is the best at microlinks and is very professional. She protects the integrity of your hair and will not install extensions if your hair isnt healthy. This isnt the case with most stylists who will do anything to get you in the chair. That alone is why I only trust her with my locks.

Monique is amazing! I was very excited to get extensions for the first time to thicken up my hair as its been thinning recently. I wasnt exactly sure what to expect but the experience couldnt have been better. We touched up the color I already had and gave it a boost of bright red so the extensions blend perfectly. Ive already gotten tons of compliments and they were just put in yesterday! My hair is thicker, looks more lush, and it even added a bit of length; which I love! The prices are great too! I had another fancy salon accidentally cut my hair 3 shorter and butcher my hair to an Old school Jusin Bieber style for a ridiculous amount of money. It was horribly awful and she could not do much to fix it. She apologized and gave me 2 free products and out the door I went, in tears. I tried everything to make it look better. Headbands, big bows, the halo. (The halo looked so fake and showed way to much in my super short hair.) I tried scarves, hats, etc. Ugly. I was desperate!A friend had suggested Endless Extensions in Dallas. It was out of my way but I thought Id give it a try. I found Monique and she worked a miracle. I had barely 4 in the front and maybe an inch on the sides. Forget the back. Unlike other salons who either refused, was going to charge me an outrageous amount with no promises they could do it, Monique could! She was able to put extensions in my hair!!! And make it look natural!!! I now have a long in the front swing bob, that blends with my Bieber cut, colour, shape, and style! I have gotten so many compliments. Monique is the best out there! She sweet, honest, and has amazing skills. (I found out she was trained in NYC.) We made a plan as to what to do when my hair grows out.I live in an hour away and will make the drive, always. I found my stylist!

I went to Monique after I found a Groupon for a Keratin treatment online. I actually called Monique before purchasing the Groupon to find out how a Keratin treatment works and asked how long it would potentially last. I realize everyones hair is different and was told 3-4 months on the phone by her and something similar, that it would depend on my hair type. I agree with all the comments on how kind and knowledgeable Monique is. She is down to earth and a great conversationalist and all that. I did love my hair as soon as it was done too. Unfortunately, however, my hair only lasted a few days and the straight and frizz free effect was gone as soon as I washed it the first time after the treatment. It barely lasted a week (I was told not to wash my hair for 3 days after) and I was soon back to my hair the way it was pre-treatment, thick and frizzy. When I emailed Monique to see if anything could be done, she wrote back that she couldnt do anything about it. I was truly disappointed as I certainly didnt expect it to last 4 months, or even 3, but I definitely expected a few more weeks than just barely a week. While I commend Monique on her personality and down to earth nature, I must admit, I was very disappointed in her lack of wanting to make the customer happy or at least offer some sort of compensation/remedy to a situation that didnt quite live up to what was offered. I write this review so that no others would get into the same situation. Be warned, the Keratin treatment might ONLY last until the first wash. Just dont want anyone else to lose a good chunk of money like I did.
