Stopped by for the first time today and was blown away by the supply in the store. The man that checked my friend and I out was SO accommodating and very helpful (great attitude and friendly too)! I live an hour away but will be driving back for the service!!!

They stayed open for me and was super nice! I’ve visited a lot of beauty supply stores but the lady was very nice she wasn’t rude at all. It’s a little pricey then what I would usually pay but it’s Sunday and and no other beauty mart is open til 8! I received lots of gifts on top of discounts!!!! I will be back I drove 55 min

Typical beauty supply store. Im glad they are here. The other supply store went out of business. They have a nice selection of hair, products and wigs. The store was clean and the people were friendly enough. The prices are okay. They had a sale when I was there. And they have clothes and lingerie.

Overpriced. Went in for Nu Locs and they charge $24/bag for 36” locs while the beauty supply store literally less than a mile away charges $16/bag for the same brand and length. They’re definitely price gouging.

This store is well stocked with beauty products. Went there last week to buy hair sponge for myself and hubby. They had the exact size and style I wanted.

The selection of products here is amazing. Went inside one day just to look around while waiting for an order. Found earrings were reasonably priced by the way. You may have to walk around the whole store to see what is available. Plus, the workers were attentive as one walks in, you receive a greeting. Awesome correct? Oh, by the way on Sundays, they are opened until 20:00 (8:00 p.m.)

Wouldve gave a 5 star if they had samples for men none the less they are amicable..

They always encourage you to come back. They are nice but some of their hair is a little higher than some other beauty supplies. Just my opinion.

It looks small, but when you go inside its very neat, clean, and organized. Very good selection of products. Not cluttered like many beauty supply stores.Usually the ones in that part of town (North Dallas) are small, overpriced, and have poor selections. This one is the exact opposite. The staff is very knowledgeable and nice too.

The owner Kenny is rude and unprofessional! He is NOT going thrive in business with his unkind spirit..hateful attitude and racist mindset! He is willing to take your money but not treat you with courtesy and respect! Not sure why he is in the business of customer service when he knows absolutely nothing about it! NEVER will he receive my business! Hopefully he ends up being my patient one day then I can show him how you are suppose to treat people you provide a service to! As a nurse I would never treat others the way he treated me! Its okay though as previously stated..he will not prevail! Be careful how you treat people you never know when you may need them or whos team their on and last time I checked God has me covered on a daily! Prayers for the evil that resides in that man!

Their customer service is the worst. I kindly asked the gentlemen if he had some earrings that were surgical steel and he looked at me as I was speaking a different language. What type of business is this that you dont even know what you have, and that you are not willing to go ask someone who knows the answer to my question. First of all, these people think the core of their business are stupid, which are black people. These people are overcharging yall and I bet you didnt pay attention. If you dont know how to add 8.25 percent to your total, these people will overchargeand they will not apply taxes back when you make anexchange. Also, get your itemize receipt. With that being said, I will not givethese people my businessanymore because theyrebeing dishonest, and they think youre going to steal because youre black. I much rather drive far to a black owned beauty supply.
