I had a fantastic experience working with the team at Signarama. From the quick response time from my online inquiry to turn-around to getting my office decal I was very impressed with their open communication and efficiency. I had a bit of a time crunch to pick up the decal and Abby was kind enough to leave it for me to get after hours so that I could meet with the contractor to have it placed on the wall. If she had not been so accomodating I would have had to reschedule him and thrown off my entire schedule as we have to work after hours, not when patients are present (we are a dental office). I can honestly say, the communication has always been very good, the delivered and installed product has always been what we wanted and the service on time. We have no need to find another signage company for the decals installed on our service vans. I recently had 2 magnetic signs made for my lawn care business and Chelsie was AWESOME through out the entire process. I had an issue with file that I had my logo in (from my graphic guy) and it took a few days for my guy to send over the pdf file. She emailed me everyday during that time. We were in a pinch since we were doing an addition in Dallas and didnt know about the site signs we needed in the front yard. We didnt pass inspection because we didnt have one. Didnt find out till afternoon what the code he wrote down meant. Went to City of Dallas Inspections,no help there but another contractor told us what it was and what we needed. So had the office start calling sign companies to see if anyone had one available today so we could pass inspection the next day.
