Thank you SO much Fast Signs! Shawn was awesome. I needed 2 replacement banners printed and installed into some existing tradeshow banner stands that already had some banners in it. AND I needed it SAME DAY. I emailed the print files at 10:30AM, dropped the banner stands off around 11:30, and they had everything installed and ready for me to pick up by 2:15PM! They even boxed it up for me because they knew I had to ship them. They saved my butt today because an online sign company screwed up the banners originally. Thanks Shawn @ Fast Signs!

Well for the last 4 years the day before April Fools Day, I realize the next day is my friend Kristi and my other friend Christi have their birthdays. Well you know me, I always want to figure out the funny.Well, this year inspiration struck. I was thinking how much I have missed their faces and that made me think they probably miss my face.So yup just what your thinking, I got them Life-size Flat me!!!I couldn’t have done it if Jaqueline hadn’t been so in top of her game. I emailed her a photo...it was different but she didn’t even skip a beat and had it figured out and ordered, Blim Blam, just like that the next day, her talented team had cut me out and I gave my friends my face. I used to work for Fastsigns many years ago. Deadlines were tight if jot within 24-48 hours to complete.I sent file simple that I needed printed on Sunday. It’s Thursday now- no quote or contact about my project. Called twice to remind salesman, as well as emailed twice. No response.Not good business...

7/17/15 I was very happy and impressed that I got my order in a 1 day turnaround. Also liked that the particular sign I wanted was already in existence at Fastsign, and all I had to do was personalize it with our company information. I did not have to go through a bunch of automated messages, and was able to talk directly with a customer service person to place my order. The signs looked great and were exactly as ordered. I will use Fastsigns again.

Refused to help me with quick turn around order ....

Horrible. I emailed them Sunday 3-16-14 at 3 p.m. with a design as a JPEG and in MS Word, and four quick questions, expecting an answer Monday AM. Monday noon I called and was told theyd get back to me eventually. No response until an email Tuesday 7 p.m. that answered none of the questions. They sent a proof with: a) the color way off; b) a wrong font, c) misspelling hangar as HANAGR, d) a horizontal line missing, e) a border I didnt have, and f) colored text changed to black text - six errors on the plainest of signs! I emailed them they got it wrong, and they didnt even bother replying. FastSigns is a laughable name for this place.I contacted Signarama in Richardson that Monday afternoon, and they got the proof right the first time, waited a day for me to change some words, and had a perfect sign ready for me to pick up Wednesday. Contact Signarama in Richardson instead.

Quality product in a timely manner.

Signs were okay, but didnt receive notification when they were ready. I had to call to find out, so I have no idea how long they had been sitting there.
