Peace Beyond The Pain is a local non-profit organization and just acquired our office space. We needed our logo brought to life and Sam did just that! A-1 Signs turnaround time was quick. Great Customer Service; I Ordered Tuesday and it was Ready By Friday .. I don’t get off till 6 which is when they close so I was able to pick up the next day on Saturday!I love how they ask your approval twice .. once in store and another via text right before they actually print it!

I have used A1 sign in Harry Hines for quite some time . I usually have had good feedback about how Hasam treats clients until last month. I ordered a quote for a project and Hasam ghosted me for a week not replying to my project . After tying calling and texting for more than a week he replied that he will send me rendering. The rendering never came for more than a week even after him answering I will send it to you in 50 mins each day that week. The rendering he sent had wrong company name. After telling to fix it and send me a copy in email he has never reached back to me . Its has been almost a month since the initial conversation. I am posting this review before moving along to different vendor. Please save yourself some time and choose a different vendor. To the management, please respect our time we have alot more to do than try to get hold of you each day .

We wanted signs - both indoor and outdoor for our office in Frisco. A1 team was very consultative and gave a few great ideas on design for both. We did 3D cuts out for our indoor sign with the colored logo design and vinyl decals with cut outs for outdoor. The work was very professional and outcome was way better than our original plan. Would highly recommend A1 services for all signs and banner needs.
