They curbside pickup is horrible!! I been sitting in the curbside parking spot for 20 minutes have not got my order yet. So I arrived in the inside barely no one in the store . So why my order wasn’t brought to my car.

Anytime a business treats me respectfully when doing a return KUDOS to them. I recently had to return almost $80 of items for New Years Eve. The cashier politely and rapidly processed the transaction. I will return to PC to pickup balloons and other contact items on NYE. Thanks PC.

It is 2021 graduation year they should be overly stocked with 2021 and they do not have it

Lazy employees! I ordered an item for drive up pickup. Ten minutes later they called to cancel my order since she couldnt find the green thingy I requested. Next day I went to check the store and they had 4 IN FRONT OF THE CHECKOUT REGISTER!!! Their online website is the worst their inventory system needs a reboot! Not the best customer experience.

The young guy sold me 10 balloons and deflated Im less than 24 hours and I couldnt get a refund.

Normal has a great selection. Went looking for items for a 1 year old male and the selection was VERY SLIM!! Hopefully its not the same situation at another location.

Great store for party essentials. They have everything you could possibly need for a great party from plates and napkins to cute party gifts to wrapping paper. They have just about any theme your looking for and their prices are pretty good too. I really love the balloon selection, they have a balloon for everything. The wait in line wasnt bad either and this was on a Saturday before a holiday. Great friendly helpful staff. I will definitely be back.

Party City had variety of costumes. Line was long but moved quickly. In and out in a flash.

They got cute and various options. My kids were super happy when they went there.

The staff was courteous and professional. I purchased balloons for my moms 71st birthday. The associate asked how long I wanted the balloons to float. Im glad she specified so my mom was able to enjoy her balloons for several days after her birthday.

This is the busiest season of the year. Graduations, Proms, Weddings etc. We stood in line over 30 minutes. There was one cashier. The manager was blowing balloons while to line of customers was all the way to the front door. The one cashier acted as if moving quickly to service the customer would have killed him. Customer service and retail positions are not for everyone.

My balloon order was not ready when scheduled. Some balloons were missing from the order once I received it, 20 minutes later. Be sure you count your balloons b4 you leave the store.

I placed an order for curbside pickup. I loved the idea. Yet, when I got to the store and let them know I was there. They said I needed to get off and get in back of the line because no one was able to come outside. Just very inconvenient and unprofessional.

Clean store, items were easy to find, but you have to locate a store associate if you need help

The balloon ladies were super rude... They have not restocked the rainbow of gumballs, which is why I went in the first place. Another store in the hood that doesnt get the same love as the store a few miles up the hwy. That store is always fully stocked!

This store has pretty much any and everything you could imagine for your party needs. The only thing is close to any holiday, this place is super crowded on the weekends. Very long lines. I would recommend having the balloons order and pickup on the other side, and have more than two registers open.

Never had a problem with Party City til I came to this one. The employees don’t know anything. The manager shouldn’t be a manager at all. The customer service sucks. They need to fire everybody and hire employee who care about their jobs. I’ll never Shopping at PartyCity ever again!

Online prices didnt match store prices and the clerk wasnt sure it could be done. Had to call the manager over for him to take care of it.

Worst on-line order experience! Ordered Heres to 30 party decoration package..with balloons inflated...looked at my bank and was charged twice...so I call the store and the store tells me to call on-line customer service number..called them and spoke with Tristin who told me it was because I cancelled one order..informed him that I didnt cancel any order. He then told me only the customer can do that. I informed him again I didnt cancel it.he put me on hold and came back and said that they cancelled it due to the store not having item as a package, so I was charged for them individually. Informed him that was not my fault and I should not be chaged twice. He stated that one will be credited back to my card. Then my husband went to pick up order so that he could bring to my work where I was going to decorate after my coworker left. Well he called me to tell let me know he was here with the balloons...i said just balloons..he said that was all that was given to him...i then called the store, spoke with Miranda(manager) informed her of what was going on and she said o yeap the other part of the order is here whenever you would like to pick it up. Informed her as to why one order number is not together..and that now I have to go back(a 45 min delay) and get the rest of the order. And now I have to go in and hour early to decorate because my order was not together...but its the same order #...and all the manager told me is that the order is here when ever you would like to pick up...like wth kind of customer service is this...NEVER AGAIN!

IF I COULD GIVE LESS STARS I WOULD! I went in today for some face paint. As I walked out the door I noticed I did not have my card with me. So I went back in and let the cashier know. She did not care. I asked if someone can check the cameras and a white Male said he would check and let me know, HE TOOK OVER 20 MINUTES AND DIDNT EVEN TELL ME ANYTHING, he was too busy talking with another white lady. So I approached him and he said oh yeah I already checked them it shows you walking out with you card and receipt in hand. I DID NOT HAVE MY CARD SO I DONT KNOW IN WHAT CAMERA HE SAW THAT. I asked for him to show me and he said no because the camera doesnt really show that register so how did he see me get my receipt and walk out???So I checked my bank statement and someone made a purchase in THAT SAME PARTY CITY IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES AFTER MY PURCHASE OF $69. AND ALL THEY TOLD ME WAS CALL YOUR BANK. DO NOT GO TO PARTY CITY THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THIER CUSTOMERS, ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THIER MONEY!! I AM BEYOND UPSET ABIUT THIS ! THEY COULD HAVE HELPED ME PREVENT EVERYTHING BUT THEY JUST DIDNT CARE! THIS IS RIDICULOUS. THE ONLY REASON I DIDNT SAY AND FILE A REPORT WAS BECAUSE I NEEDED TO GET BACK TO MY JOB. Great place to get any party supplies

They have a great selection for parties and the shelves/aisles are organized well. Huge selection of latex and foil balloons. Prices are higher than Walmart or Amazon. They were short staffed during my visit so the check out lines were very long. We waited at least 15 minutes and there were several people in line behind me.

Here yesterday for balloons. I was initially ignored while standing at the checkout counter by a male and a female employee who apparently felt their convo was more important than I. I walked away to seek the help of another employee nearby and the male whod just ignored me called after me to assist. I gave the balloon # that I wanted only to be told the store has no helium. There was no apology for the inconvenience, no sign at the door to prevent people from standing in line wasting their time, no attempt to make the balloon sale with notice that any other Party City will fill it with helium at no additional charge with a receipt,no recommendation to try the nearest location in Cedar Hill, no offer to call Cedar Hill to confirm whether or not they had helium...ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.In reading others recent reviews, I see that this location has been out of helium for a while. Its sad that no one employed here has thought to do any of the things Ive mentioned. It seems sales and customer retention arent priorities here. Maybe the goal is store closure. Theyre on track for that.

I could not find the items I was looking for at another location so I called ahead to this store before driving there. No one answered after enough time had gone by for me to walk the entire site I was in, plus a second call. I made the decision to just drive there and see for myself. The items were not in stock. Customer service was poor. No one even acknowledged us while we were there.

🔔🔔 Hello everyone this Party City Is The worse I have been to ever. I went inside with my mom she just had a exchange. The young lady at the register ask us to hold on for the manager. His name was JOE. He was down right rude. He did not speak to us at all. He help a blown up ballon in his arms the entire time. He had no good customer service at all. The guy literally showed a non-caring attitude. My mom had one item that she did not need so she wanted a refund on one and exchange the others. Well she places her card in the device to be refunded I seen this guy on purpose for all three tries press buttons so that it would not give the refund. So after the third time my mom so kindly tells him you know what I will just go to another party city. JOE smerks and hurries and put the item back in the bag. Then holds tight to the recipet hoping that she would leave it. He was inconsiderate,unapologetic and I could tell he does not like his job at all. The young lady ask him ia the weekly work schedule in the back he answers her very rude and replies NO Ill email it when I can. There is no way I would shop at this location or tell anyone to apply. Thia is wrong on every level. The store was horrible no concern or compassion for the customers AT ALL. I am very saddened by what took place. I told him that I would do a review he did not care he had a smerk like nothing will be done to him. 📝

Had looked up availability of all the items I needed. When I got to the store and gave the employee my list, they had nothing at that store I need. Asked why it says that they have the items, but when I got there nothing was available. No one seem to know. That store never has the things I need.... EVER!!! 😠😠😠

Horrible customer service went to order balloons on Friday he was so rude it literally shocked me. Went to pick my balloons up Saturday lines long went to counter to get my order and was greeted with you have a question. No here to pick my order up really no hi may I help you. Work too hard for my money to spend it and get horrible service. Never again
