Gerber Collision does amazing work and everyone I encountered are great to work with. Mireya provided excellent customer service and Albert also took great care of me.
I used the Silver Rock warranty thru Carvana. Bad experience 2 stars because they keep you up to date once they get started, front desk receptionist was nice, the car technician was nice & she cared. They painted the car which was fine, but the promised a few extra added things and did do them. When I went to pick up my car, I had to wait 30 mins. It took them 2-3 wks from estimate to painting to get my car in. When I finally got my car the front seat motor wasn’t working (to position the seat) & smears/smudges on the inside. Not cleaned. I will never go back. Horrible experience in the end. Of course not their fault for seat issue, but working fine when I dropped it off.
I was referred to this company by my insurance. However, Gerber has shown excellent customer service. Scotty, who I believe is the manager, was amazing and took care of me. Definitely will be recommending this entity to others when need be.
Highly recommend this place! I got side swept and of course was eager to get my car repaired. This place was one of the approved Geico Auto Express shops near me so I gave it a try, and Im glad I did. The process was really smooth and convenient. Went in on a Monday, met with both the Geico adjuster and Gerber Collision rep who each explained the process to me in great detail. Enterprise is onsite so they had a rental ready for me. Received updates via text and calls throughout the week. My car was ready by Friday and looked good as new. Very satisfied!
I highly recommend Gerber for repair. A Ferrari had side swiped my parked car and it was frustrating, to say the least. Statefarm recommended them as a approved select vendor so we made an appointment. From Miriam to Kevin, everyone was great to interact with when it came to this stressful ordeal. Kevin was WONDERFUL. He was so pleasant to hear from and made it enjoyable to respond to. They were loyal, transparent and the quality was excellent. Thanks guys!
I was in an accident on my way to visit a friend. Luckily the other driver was insured and I was able to utilize his insurance (as it was his fault). That said, Gerber supplied me with a rental, communicated with me twice a week, and was complete with the job a week before I was told they would be! Excellent service, super friendly staff, and amazing work done by the hands-on team. In my opinion, my car looks better than it ever has. Don’t know what I would’ve done without them!
Transparent and good communication
If you dont care how long your repair takes, if they return your calls, or communicate the progress of your repair then this is place for you. Quality of the repair is 8-9/10, everything else is 1/10. Took them almost two full business days to even get an estimate (and I had to call multiple times each day to get someone that knew what was going on to return my call). When they finally got the estimate together, they tell me that they are listing the completion date as Monday to be safe, but it should be done Friday. Thursday rolls around and I after I call a few times, they tell me they wont have it done till Monday. Bummer, but you did say that upfront so whatever. Monday morning at 9am, I get a text that says my car will be ready for pickup at 4pm. By this point, I dont really trust anything they say as about the time line so I call them at 345 to confirm. Its not done. Tuesday I had to call multiple times to get them to tell me what was going on. They did finish it on Tuesday. I find it interesting how many reviews there are on here talking about the great customer service and cars being done ahead of time. In my experience, customer service this bad is not an outlier or one off.

First time using Gerber Collision. The customer service is great. The techs may need more experience with basic German cars. I would definitely recommend if you have an American made vehicle.
Only reason for 2 stars is because they paid for my rental car (Only after I complained after 2 weeks).I was quoted 2 weeks and got my car back 2 and a half months later.1) if you want a status update you have to call. No one ever called me. I would call and they would be in meetings. They would never return my call. When I did get a hold of my rep I always got conflicting information.2) After about a month and a half they said my car was ready. I went to pick it up and it was still clearly scratched and dinged in spots. They told me they had to resubmit to the insurance for the additional repairs when they should have been fixed in the first place, in the first go-around.3) When I picked up my car after 2.5 months the driver and passenger seat belts were broken. The slack in the seat belt would not retract. This had nothing to do with the reason I brought my car in and was caused by the technician. Secondly, the A/C apparently was not blowing cold at some point in the repair. The A/C was fine when I dropped it off. Clearly the technician messed this up. Lastly, after picking up and arriving home and unlocking the car to exit, the trunk also popped. Now everytime I unlock the trunk pops. Another problem that was not present when I dropped it off.Now the car is at Audi Dallas getting all these issues caused by the technician fixed.Overall I was satisfied with the repair in the end, was happy I did not have to pay for 2.5 months of rental car. But the service was deplorable, the communication lacking. And the new issues caused by the technician. In the end I would not go back or recommend to anyone.
Had a great experience with Gerber collision when my car had to get the passenger doors and side panels fixed. The process was seriously easy. I dropped off my car, they assessed the damage and gave me a quote, then got to work. My car was done way sooner than expected, too, which was a nice surprise! There was one little bit of rework that needed to be done—the new front passenger side door had some wind noise, but only when you were going over 60 mph. I brought my car back and they fixed it right up. She’s as good as new now! Everyone that I talked with throughout the process was really friendly and helpful, too. I would definitely recommend this shop!
This was an INCREDIBLE service experience. Chris, the technician assigned to me did an excellent job and was so kind and helpful. The job was done 2 days ahead of schedule, my car looks great, and they took care of everything for me.I’ll definitely be coming back here next time I need my car repaired.
These people are awesome. I had problems with my insurance company and these folks worked everything out on my behalf. I will never go anywhere else if I have a chose. The work was impeccable.
Gerber was one of the partner shops with my insurance company, which is what led me to them. While it took long for the new body parts for my vehicle to come in, Gerber was extremely communicative with updates and was transparent where they were in the repair process. Shoutout to Chris for making the experience seamless.

Absolutely amazing! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Kevin was great to work with. Lobby is large and beautiful. Car returned to me with new bumper the very next day. Can’t recommend them enough.
Great experience and my car was repaired to my satisfaction! Had to move my car from another repair shop. Kevin kept me updated frequently. My car was returned in a week and a half, clean, and body looked back to normal. I would recommend this place. This shop works with State Farm so I didn’t have to deal with the insurance and my repairs are covered if I need to take it back.
So far, a 5-star experience. Scarlett is responsive and charming to deal with. Roberts honesty and forthcoming attitude helps the process. The only difficulty is in receiving updates. I cant fault them since theyre Tesla parts, and Teslas notorious for delayed shipment of parts.Will update review once repairs are completed.
Excellent service. Took my car in to get repaired and got completed sooner than expected. Vehicle was clean and could hardly notice any damages were done after the accident. Friendly staff provided the rental car; Complete satisfaction. If i get into another accident, I would definitely come here again.

Top notch service. I cannot say enough good things about Earth Collision. I used them a month ago to repair the drivers side door lock on my 2017 Tundra TRD PRO after a failed vehicle break in. The repair was flawless and amazingly fast. This Auto Body shop is doing customer service right. LaRay thank you for taking such good care of me and my baby. That truck means the world to me. I would not think twice about recommending Earth Collision to my family and friends.

Took my My 2016 BMW in for some damage due to a 18 wheeler blow out in front of me. I left my car for a week. Pick it up and the hood was not done right. I also had a black dot on my head light. I had to leave up north and had to take it to Chicago location to fix Dallas sloppy work. Long story short Chicago fix the hood and now both side of my car and window have spray markings on them. Now a 3rd location has to fix it again. REALLY 3 locations and try’s to fix it? I call today to Dallas and tell them now look at my situation. Because you didn’t do it right. Now I’m out more time and money without my car. OH NOW IM THE PROBLEM and they don’t want to deal with me. They don’t care. They know I’m not in Dallas and they got paid. SO BEWARE OF CRAPPY PAINT JOBS FROM THIS COMPANY.
Dealing with insurance and adjusters is never an easy process and I give it three stars for their willingness to work with me but I also give it three stars for their I guess lack of personability
Slow response with absolutely no effort to keep commitments, high estimate (over twice as much as the shop that I ended up going with), and on top of that they added outrageous cost padding to outsourced portions of the repair estimate. Go elsewhere!

It was a mistake choosing this place for my car repairs, it’s been almost a month and my car still not ready. I called for an update and they want to keep my car for 1 more week, this is costing me $500 on car rental fees but they dont care. If you are are considering this place I will advice you to look somewhere else.
