Amazing experience. I think these guys deserve an applaud and appreciation. My battery got died fully as I kept my lights on for 3 days. They not only give me the battery starter jump instrument but also they said it will be free. I was so tensed and they are so much helpful. Definitely a person to give a tip. Worth a try. Do not recommend. I literally sat in my car for 15 minutes when no cars where in front of me and I watched workers walk past me without saying a word . “Someone will be with you” “Did you need help” all 3 literally were talking to each other not acknowledging I was there at all. I’ve been getting my services from them for 2 years. So they have lost 3 customer’s now.My mom, self, husband will never do business here again

I have been coming to Coit Auto for 4.5 years now and they have done a number of things on my car. No matter what service they provide- always excellent customer service, affordable prices, friendly faces, and honest work! I have referred several family members here and I do not trust anyone else!

If I could give this company a zero I would! Extremely disrespectful, not communicative, and extremely dishonest. My mother in law took her Ford Explorer to have her fuel pump changed under warranty. They did not want to cover it at first and gave her so many issues. FINALLY they changed it and then told her that her module was out and needed to be replaced. We towed it to our mechanic who when received it saw that the inside of her car had been destroyed and taken apart and just left as is for someone else to deal with. When my mother in law saw she was so upset. This is the only car she has to get to and from work and to take her son to and from school. This company has taken advantage of her, called her disrespectful when she called to ask if they had cameras so we could figure out who did this to her car. The manager was unapologetic and did not care and acted as if it was such an inconvenience for them to even help her. We will be reporting to the better business bureau!

I must retract my previous statement and give this business an apology. The information that I was given was misunderstood. It seems that my son had the valve stem replaced by this business after all, it wasn’t just a matter of buying a $6 valve stem. The $20 service fee is quite reasonable for this service. My sincerest apologies to this business and I’m grateful that they were able to help get him back on the road!!

The staff was friendly and they got the job done. The only thing I didnt like was the fact that they had to break my tire locks which I needed them to do, but they didnt replace them and didnt inform me. So Im driving around with a missing lug nut on my tires.

I took my Subaru in to get it diagnosed and repaired. The mechanics who was supposed to do the repairs had an unreliable schedule and then got sick and unable to repair the car. They had no other mechanics apparently who could work on the car, so it ended up wasting about three weeks of communicating with them and walking to and from the shop. Afterwards, I’ve come to find out from a poor quality brake inspection, my brake pad is missing and the caliper scraped down a rotor. This could have been very dangerous and caused a lot of damage to the car. They denied it, refused to pay the $260 for parts that I replaced myself, and stood by their service. I will not be returning and hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.It absolutely happened at your shop. It’s likely that you checked the brakes and it was very low, and then fell off once it was bare. This tactic of calling all unsatisfied customers liars is not a good business decision. Plus, I never met the owner and if I did, I would have let you know what I think about the fact that you guys wasted my time for three weeks.

I got my alignment done recently and they did a good job. They efficient and all Pros. I will return to this place if I need car repair. BTW prices are reasonable too.

I went in on June 12th in the afternoon to get my black Honda fit inspected since I just bought it used. They said everything was perfect except I needed to replace a specific bushing because of the alignment. So everything was pretty much good. The day after my car had a weak start and that continue a few days until it died.Did you guys not put a multimeter to the starter or battery. Did you check or any faults with the scan tool?What exactly did you guys check? $90 wasted!Why should I pay for a service like this?

Took my car last week there. They changed my starter. They charged a price for the new starter that I think is much higher. Guess what? The car broken down yesterday (within 5 days) with exactly the same problem. Never going back.

This place is wonderful. Ive been coming here since I moved to Dallas 6 years ago.I recommend everyone I know to come here. Always nice, professional, quick and fair. They always offer a good warranty. I had the computer replaced in my Ford Escape and got a lifetime warranty on the part. A nice warranty on a Kia Soul alternator. Every oil change every time is completed by Coit Auto Center. When I get new tires I bring them here for installation and balancing. I rather pay for quality mechanics then the street ones. They have remodeled the interior, Rami is funny and extremely helpful. Its nice to see someone take pride in their business.

Perfect price and fast service

These guys are great, I’ve gone a few times here and there for maintenance but this summer was a doozy. My bumper fell off while shopping so I called Rami, he checked it out and had my car fixed up the next day. A few weeks later, someone hit my rear bumper. Again, brought it in and had it fixed with some paint touch ups all over. My car looks and runs like new. The thing that sets them apart is service. Rami is truly an excellent businessman. I’d recommend this shop to anyone.

Weve been coming here since day one opening. We have received nothing less than EXCELLENT service! Oil changes, tire changes, major mechanical work - reasonable and done right the first time. We used to live right next door, but moved roughly an hour away. With that, thats just how well of service we receive and are willing to make the drive for - passing up multiple places - just for the extraordinary customer service, the quick and efficient work and the prices! We highly, HIGHLY recommend!

This place tried to rob me for $800 for a repair saying I needed new brakes,rotors and a whole new steering system. I did it myself no rotors needed just brake pads and one line needed came out with only spending $150. Do not take there only if you want them to rob you.

If I had a 0 star option, I would give this place a 0 star. Not at all professional. The person Adam who was at the front desk is super unprofessional. He first asked me to park my car in front of the garage then asked me to move to another place. He did not even ask me to wait in the waiting area. I had to ask him multiple times what to do next. If you don’t want to work, don’t work. If you are working, be professional first. Super shady place. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Very expensive. He didnt even balance my tire and kept saying that rear tires dont need to be balanced. I supported his business when he opened up few years ago but now his prices have changed and so as his attitude. I would never go back there again. Greed is the first thing will put you out of business bud.

I went to NTB to get a tire patched. They told me it could not be patched (when I knew it could). Then they tried to sell me an overpriced tire. So, I took my truck and drove a block to this place. The man I dealt with was professional and pleasant. He said Of course it can be patched. Dont get RIPPED OFF by big national chains. I should have come here in the first place. Im bringing my Buick back for some A/C work. I will update this post then, but my gut says these guys are for real and will take really good care of me. Listen to me, if a company advertises on TV, dont use them. They are trained by big corporate people to separate you from your money.

Great Service and Prices!! I stopped by for an oil change (basic oil change was only $19.99!!- nobody else offers that kind of deal anymore). Super fast, and I asked if they knew anyone who could fix my windshield-had a crack running halfway through it. Rami said he could do it in an afternoon for $275. I dropped her off later that night and picked he up on my lunch break- good as new amd he even reapplied all my stickers and tags. Very happy and have already sent 2 friends here to have work done. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good and honest repair shop.

Got my inspection done on one car and also got a stubborn damaged motor mount from my other car pressed out, all in 20 mins for $40 flat. Oh and did I mention this was on a Sunday?

They DO Not stand behind their alignments.. ive paid them twice now to do the alignment on my car and its still pulling to the right. I asked him if they would put it on the machine again to try to fix whats wrong and they said no. I asked for my money back and he said no. I asked for a printout of the alignment and he said the printer is broken. So I dont even know where its off. Im going to have to go somewhere else and pay for a new alignment. I would avoid this place. Manager refused to give me his name also. He said I could find them if I need to.just a rude bad feeling going there altogether. My only recourse is a negative review. And I have to pay someone else to do it correctly.

I took my car to get a tire rotation and a simple oil change price was more than any other place I have been before but I was kind of in a rush so I ended up paying, next day while I was on my way to work I heard a loud noise I pulled to the side of the road and it was one of my tires almost coming off because this guys didn’t tighten the bolts correctly on not 1 but 2 of my tires. I called to complain to the guys and they didn’t care all they kept saying is that they could never made a mistake like that. These guys put my life in risk and they still don’t take responsibility of their actions, to them they are right and YOU THE CUSTOMER WILL ALWAYS BE WRONG. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I had many bad experiences in the past with mechanics, they really try to cheat & charge you for extra stuffs the car actually doesnt even need. But, Rami who runs this place is the best!!! This auto shop is very trustworthy and honest. My family and I have been bringing our cars here for regular oil changes for a while now. They’re extremely helpful, friendly, and fast when it comes to repairs. My husband’s car recently needed a new alternator and mine needed a new starter. With each incident, the guys at the shop quoted us the cost of the work and kept communication open in case any problems arose. I definitely recommend this shop!

Fixed my Mercedes in timely manner Theyre pretty straight forward with numbers so theres no getting discounted or inflated prices. They offer free ride home and loan services. Center can get pretty busy so coming to the shop for questions on appointments is recommended. My family came back to have second car worked on, no complaints there either so far.
